Konkan Bhavan, Navi Mumbai on in pursuant to the clause 7.3 of Volume I of the bidding document for the above mentioned work. 1. The Addendum issued herewith shall be part of the bidding document & the bidders are requested to submit the Addendum on line along with the bidding document. 2. any other changes in terms & condition of Bid document except that are mentioned in Addendum 3. The Bidders are requested to submit their offer considering the Addendum and that offers shall be unconditional. The conditional offers are liable for rejection. Provisions Site clearance, setting out and layout Improvement of Riding Quality Programme of the existing road by providing BUSG, the bituminous layer of bituminous macadam and Semidence bituminous concrete with profile correction, construction of road side shoulders, providing road safety / guiding measures like Thermoplastic road marking paint, Sign and caution boards and rectification of defects in the completed works during the Defect Liability Period, submission of As built drawings / laying charts and any other related documents and other item of work as may be required to be carried out for completing the works in accordance with the drawings and provisions of the contract to ensure safety. (A) Road Works. Scarifying and providing 75 mm BUSG in selected stretches. Providing 75 mm thick B.M. with 3.30% bitumen of VG-30 grade and 10% for profile correction. (in km. 10/00 to 13/500) & 50 mm thick B.M. with 3.30% bitumen of VG-30 grade and 10% for profile correction. (in km. 14/00 to 16/00, Km.16/500 to 18/00, Km.18/500 to 20/00) Providing 25mm thick S.D.B.C. with 5.00% bitumen of VG- 30 grade as wearing surface. Hard Murum side shoulders on either side. Sign Board. Thermoplastic paint for center and edge line.

Description of Item ( With brief specification and reference to book of specification) 3 Providing and laying hot mix laid bituminous macadam 75 milli compacted thickness with 3.30 % bitumen content by weight of total mix on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate for the base/binding course including loading of aggregate with front edge loader, heating of stone aggregate and bitumen and mixing in modern drum type of hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material from tipper to paver and laying the mixed material with sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and camber, rolling by power roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( with a bitumen of VG-30 grade) and including tack coat by mechanical sprayer with 3 kilogramme per 10 square.
