2 D25- Cabinet Hardware UPDATES Execution DO NOT EXECUTE or build a platform if the platform is missing or damaged for a free standing fixture Log an unable to complete deficiency and order the part as needed (wrap up the fixtures and place in a safe place for a GO-BACK) A B Metal plates that cover the base beams and the H-frames are at the bottom of the product and not with the fixtures Ensure Tek-bolts are installed prior to installing the Metal Base L Shape plates - no exceptions The Tek-bolt will force the metal plate to stick out a little, which is acceptable In some cases, the adjacent bay will not allow you to properly access and secure the security bracket (A) to the fixture In such case, pull the security bracket all the way to the front of the bay (until it hits the inside of the front H-frame) (B) o Using a drill bit (metal or regular), pre-drill holes into the metal plate Only use self tapping screws if you are confident they are the correct size o Secure the security bracket to the fixture In a 3 bay set (put the middle bay MET pouch with the bay on the right side) right above the metal plates that cover the H-frames For a free standing fixture, put a small screw on either the left or the right side of the fixture and hang MET pouch (which side it goes on, does not matter) Ensure the vendor fixtures are installed in the correct order as seen on POGs If the front of store is on the LEFT side when facing the bays 10 pack contractors are to the back of store If the front of store is on the RIGHT side when facing the bays 10 pack contractors are to the front of store Article arrives to stores with no barcode sticker or hardware (merchandise as is, this will be corrected through MET at a later date) - DO NOT log any deficiencies Purchase as many boxes as needed to complete your buyback (keep a running count of min 10 per store and bring extras to the next store - this direction is different from the direction updated 3/4/2015 Log Aisle Violator if missing Updated: 3/9/2015 REMEMBER: All UPDATES overrule the historical RIG
