2 NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT) Sealed tenders are invited in SINGLE BID system from Architects who are on the approved panel of State Bank of India. 3 13 Estimated Value of tender/project Validity period of the tender. Three Months. 15 Taxes Rates quoted should be Exclusive of GST. GST will be paid directly to the Dept by Bank and IT will be deducted at at source. 16 Electronic Payment Electronic payment shall be preferred. The bank reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tenders at any stage without assigning any reason. Though a fee structure approved by the Bank and communicated to all the Architects earlier, it has now been decided to call competitive quotations for rendering the services of the Architects on project to project basis. I. The brief scope of the work is as under; An open office concept with counters and workstations Full height and Low height wooden partitions Full and low height storage units. Vertical blinds. Vitrified Flooring and Painting. Gypsum and Grid type false ceiling. Wall paneling in some areas. Air Conditioning. UPS wiring, AC wiring, lighting wiring. Fire detection system. Light fixtures. II. The Architectural services involve the following; Preparation of 2/3 alternative schematic drawings. Preparation of detailed drawings and estimates (for Interior, Electrical and AC works) based on the finalised schematic drawings. Preparation of tender documents in 2 bid systems based on the finalised estimates and submission of TEN(10) sets of Hard copies and One (1) soft copy. Evaluation of the technical bids and Preparation of comparative statement of the tenders and submit their recommendations. Checking of the mark out given by the contractors and selection of colour scheme. Periodical visit to the site for ensuring the quality of the work and to check whether the work is carried out as per drawings. Checking of the Running bills and final bills. No consultant will be allowed to handle more than 3 projects at a time. Rate analysis of major items supported by quotations should be submitted along with the estimate. Architect has to enter into agreement on Rs.100/- stamp paper in the prescribed format. Architect has to appoint a fully qualified Air Conditioning Consultant and Electrical Consultant. The plans and specifications should not be repetitive in nature. Soft copies of drawings should be furnished. Co-Ordination and regular following with all agencies involved in the project from time to time.

The mode of payment of fee is as under: Mode of Payments: a) 10% On completion of preliminary drawings. b) 10% On completion of final/ municipal approved drawings. c) 15% On completion of working drawing & detailed estimates. d) 15% On preparation of Contract documents. e) 25% On Installments on certified payment of bills. f) 12.5% On completion work in all respects. g) 12.5% On completion of defects liability period of One Year. 100% Total Please note that the fee quoted should be inclusive of Travelling Allowance / Dearness Allowance. Interested architects may submit their quotation for rendering their services for the above said project as per the Proforma enclosed on or before up to 3.00PM. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 4.00PM. OF FEE ON THE PROJECT COST 2 Preparation of detailed drawings and estimates (for Interior, Electrical and AC works) based on the finalized schematic drawings. 3 Preparation of tender documents in 2 bid systems based on the finalized estimates and submission of 10 sets of Hard copies and 1 soft copy. 4 Evaluation of the technical bids and Preparation of comparative statement of the tenders and submit their recommendations. 5 Checking of the mark out given by the contractors and selection of colour scheme. 6 Periodical visit to the site for ensuring the quality of the work and to check the whether the work is carried out as per drawings. 7 Checking of the Running bills and final bills.
