5 BUILD-A-BOOK From CITF training manuals, we can combine one or more chapters from any manual in order to meet specialized training needs. 29 SUPERVISORY TRAINING Superintendent Career Training Program Taught at the Carpenters International Training Center Superintendents are sponsored into the training program by their employer Superintendents attend four 3-day workshops spaced over an 18- month period Each Superintendent trainee has a mentor from their sponsoring company who must attend the first training session with the trainee Transportation, room and meals are furnished by the CITF for the mentor and the trainee 28

33 RIGGING CERTIFICATION We have a true 3 rd party certification for our Rigger and Signaler Certification Independent certifying body - NCCA Certification brings unique requirements: Independent written test proctors Independent grading of tests Instructors teaching class cannot proctor hands on testing Members with this certification may add CRS to business cards, resumes, etc. 32
