After the technical bids are evaluated and brought at par with all the bidders, price bid shall be opened subsequently for the qualified bidders. Bids with above mentioned amount as EMD in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Omfed, Bhubaneswar alongwith the Technical bid shall be received upto 1400 hours on and shall be opened on the same day at 1500 hours. No bid without required EMD shall be accepted. 2 TECHNICAL PARAMETERS FOR BLAST FREEZER(TURN KEY EXECUTION) FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT The Pre-fabricated type Walk-in-Blast Freezer is required for cooling down pouch curd of 18% total solid in plastic crates of 10 Ltrs. capacity each from 40 C to 4 C in 02 hours time. 3 FITTINGS/CONTROLS :: 02 :: Adequate lighting to be provided inside the Freezer cabinet and Anti room. Digital temperature indicator The unit should be designed to operate with 3 phase 440V power supply. Digital temperature indicator Micro processor unit to be provided to control/display are operating function/parameters and allow total control over all functions communication fault/alarming. Scope of the Bidder This is being a Turn Key assignment. Bidders are advised to visit site on any working day to assess actual requirement. One standby refrigeration unit consisting of compressor, condenser, diffuser/evaporator to be supplied/installed. Cooling tower if required is within the scope of the bidder M.S. Structural plat form of size 7m X 7m X7m inline with the existing floor height is within the scope of the bidder. The structure should be painted with anti corrosive enamel paint. Meta sheet (0.45 MM thickness) shall be provided over the entire area covering MS Plat Form and Blast Freezer cabinet upto a height of 4.5 Meters from the ground level. The structure should be designed to take atleast 15 MT static load. All civil work relating to foundation, grouting, plastering etc. Valves/pipes lines & fittings, MS supports etc., electrical cable, earth pit, electrical panel board for the supply items. Services and utilities required for operation is to drawn from the main header. Connecting cables from main electrical LT Panel. Bidder shall provide the working drawings for Blast Freezer, MS Structural platform & meta sheet roofing for approval prior to execution. Stage inspection shall be done by the OMFED officials prior to delivery. 3

5 :: 04 :: TECHNICAL PARAMETERS FOR LINEAR CUP FILLING & SEALING MACHINE (TURN KEY EXECUTION) FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT The machine shall be used for automatic filling and sealing of sweet curd and plane curd in 50ml/80ml/100ml/200ml/400ml./500ml cups of different diameter/height. The product shall compose of minimum 20% milk total solid at a temperature of 40º Celcius. Design cosideration - Filling/sealing capacity Cups/hour - Flexibility in changing of dies within a limited time period. - Volumetric filling in 50 ml/80ml/100 ml/200 ml/400 ml./500ml of different diameter/height Cups. - Should be suitable for High Impact Polystyrine cups and aluminium foil sealing. - Double Track filling & sealing. - PLC Based, servo system to facilitate change of speed and efficiency. Double sealing to ensure 0% leakage. - Should be operated with 3 phase power supply 400V. SCOPE OF THE BIDDER - The bidder shall clearly mention the dimension of the machine, requirement of utilities like water, chilled water, steam compressed air, electrical load etc. - Minor civil works like structural supports, S.S/MS pipe lines/fittings/ valves, electrical cables required for installation is within the scope of the bidder. - The bidder shall draw all utilities/electrical lines from the main header at his own cost. - Shifting of the machine to the work place for installation & commissioning. - Two years free after sale service from the date of handing over. - The machine should be covered under 3 years Annual Maintenance contract after expiry of free after sales service period on chargeable basis. 5

8 :: 07 :: TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30% Advance against 33% Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalized Bank and 70% after delivery OR 90% against supply after deduction of PSD. 10% PSD has to be deposited by the bidder on receipt of the purchase order OR 10% of the order value shall be retained from the bill & the same shall be refund after one year from the date of supply subject to satisfactory performance. of the order value shall be imposed per week for delayed delivery. All payment are subject to statutory deduction as applicable. DELIVERY PERIOD: 03 Months from the date of receipt of the order. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Minimum 04 months from the date of notification of tender. FREE AFTER SALES SERVICE It is mandatory on the part of the bidder to provide (02) years free after sales service for the supply items from the date of handing over of the machines ANNUAL MAINTEINANCE CONTRACT: Three years (03) for the supply item is mandatory on the part of the bidder on chargeable terms. Annual Maintenance Contract shall be effective from the date of expiry of free after sales service period. Payment shall be made after end of each year subject to satisfactory performance. 8
