4 Description Corrective Action Parking lot 2 - Handicapped parking exceeds Regrade/repave/restripe and resign area or maximum cross slope. No detectable warning remove handicapped spaces. Add handrail device. Sidewalk slope from handicapped to sidewalk approx 50 LF. parking lot to Building F is 6.5% which exceeds ADA Standards. Parking lot 3 - Handicapped spaces in parking lot 3 exceed maximum cross slope. Longitudinal slope is OK. No detectable warning device. Sidewalk along east side of Building G exceeds maximum slope for ramps (6.5%). Reconstruct accessible area to meet ADA standards or remove noncompliant spaces. Install approx 50 Lf of handrail along Building G sidewalk from Parking Lot 3. Parking lot 10 - Handicapped spaces meet ADA guidelines for lat/long slopes. No marked accessible route to building L. Repair water damage at window sills and repaint walls. Stripe an accessible route to Building L. Parking lot 8 - Pavement in fair condition. Moderate longitudinal and lateral block cracking. Moderate weathering, surface texture is rough. Approx. 20,600 SF. Apply crack seal to all cracks < 1/2", chip seal entire parking lot. Large storm events inundate existing undersized catch basin north of the learning center causing flows to over top berm and new sidewalk and circumvent new sidewalk scupper. Additionally, there is some erosion where new 6-inch pipe outlets to channel. Need to regrade area and add approximately 25SF D50=6" Rip Rap to reduce erosion, slow down the flows and redirect overflow back to sidewalks scupper. Add rip-rap at outlet of 6" inch pipe at newly constructed channel. Parking lot 9 - Pavement in fair condition. Moderate longitudinal and lateral cracking. Moderate weathering, surface texture is rough. 30,500 SF. Apply crack seal to all cracks < 1/2", chip seal entire parking lot.

5 Parking lot 10 - Pavement. Moderate longitudinal and lateral cracking. Moderate weathering, surface texture is rough. 17,500 SF. Parking lot 12 - Evidence of ponding and fatigue where lot meets Loop Rd. Cracks longitudinally along laydown direction, Moderate weathering, surface texture is rough. 3,200 SF. Prevailing grades are directing a portion of the runoff from the north toward Building L. This is affecting the foundation walls and below grade spaces at the Elevator, Elevator Machine Room, Classroom 101, and the exterior patio. In fair condition. Apply crack seal to all cracks < 1/2", chip seal entire parking lot. Pavement in poor condition. Cut out failing sections including sub-base and repair. Apply crack seal to all cracks < 1/2", chip seal entire parking lot. Improve existing swale, or construct new swale, north of the building to re-direct flows around the structure. Regrade and rework walks immediately adjacent to the Building for positive drainage. Clean brick of efflorescence using non-acid cleaner and apply penetrating silane/siloxane sealer. Replace or re-set loose or missing pieces of stone veneer. At inclined wall surfaces with metal cladding, sills of some punched windows have reverse slope. This causes water to collect against the window and leak through deteriorated sealants and glazing gaskets. Re-seal glazing and window frames. Second floor Breezeway has split-slab construction (concrete topping slab over waterproofing membrane on structural slab). Concrete topping slab has numerous cracks. There are leaks to the floor below at the penetrations of the deck made by floor drains; and over a wide area near the south exit stairs. Remove topping slab, replace membrane, install new topping slab with const Refinish or touch-up damaged areas of fluoropolymer finish on storefront. Plastic laminate tops are stained and in below average condition. Replace plastic laminate with solid surface materials. Parking lot 6 - Moderate longitudinal and latera Apply crack seal to all cracks < 1/2" and less, chip seal entire parking lot. Parking lot 5 - Moderate block cracking. ModeraApply crack seal to all cracks < 1/2", chip seal parking lot.

6 Consider adding metal copings at masonry parapets to reduce water infiltration. Repaint walls and Trim. Painted GWB. Average condition. Will need repainting. Painted concrete floor and GWB walls. Suspend Corridors are in average condition. Walls will need repainting. GWB will need to be re painted. VCT and plastic laminate are not best selections for public toilets. Replace VCT with seamless sheet vinyl or resin (epoxy) flooring. Replace plastic laminate with solid surface vanity tops. Campus loop road-in generally good condition. Some longitudinal cracking along lay down seam. Some minor lateral cracking and cracking at match points to parking lot entrances. Approx 2600 feet x 30 feet Apply seal coat to cracks <1/2" and repair larger cracks. Chip seal entire road in next 3-5 years.
