1 PRIVATE 1 st EXTERIOR WALL REFLECTIVE PAINTING SYSTEM The materials will be in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The manufacturer company must have ISO 9001 certification. The reflectance and emissivity values at 500 microns in each part must be measured during production according to ASTM C1549 and ASTM C The products to be used in each party exterior must have a reflectivity value of 70% min in the IR L1 region and the products to be used in the interior must have a maximal value of 0.25 emissivity. Technological insulation products which absorb the internal heat by the mass and prevent it from getting inside again and that reflect the heat reaching the surface in the external environmentand change the physical properties of the surface (emissivity and reflectivity) will be used in places where heat generating devices such as substation buildings are located. Selective surface created within the scope of application should provide values in EPDK R&D study. Each material will be sent to the site with a certificate of conformity to be issued by the manufacturer. They will be certified, in accordance with project requirements and site list. PRIMER APPLICATION: The surface temperature to be applied must be at least 3ºC minimum and 10ºC minimum from the dew point of the air. Temperature and relative humidity measurements should be performed near the surface to be treated. A specially developed "Acrylic Modified Polyurethane" resin with a water-based high quality content of 25% solids content and a white surface strengthening primer that provides resistance to alkaline strength should be used. The primer should be applied to the surface with a single layer dry film thickness of 50 microns (0,150 kg / m2 with job losses). The material can be used in wet areas as a cement primer that will cure with moisture or cap the water will cut off. The product should be diluted with water up to 50 % and it should be applied with brush and / or roller according to the desired paint technique for the thickness stated above,. Attention should be paid to the drying time of the primer before applying the paint. In practice, primer applied surfaces should be painted the next day. Painting should be done at the very latest 72 hours after the primer applied surfaces. Because if the primer lasts more than 3 days before applying the paint, it will become dusty, dirty and stick to the paint. In such delays, the primed surface should be sanded, cleaned and painted. EXTERIOR WALL APPLICATION: After the primer material used has been completely dried according to ambient temperature and humidity rates following the applications described above, water-based "Acrylic Modifiye Polyurethane"

2 binding, water-resistant, washable, high coverage, UV resistant, extraordinarily flexible, reflecting the heat received by the radiation through the reflective structure (These incremental values will be registered on site by measuring ASTM C1549, ASTM 1371 by the manufacturer.), emulsion paint with a volume of 50 ± 2% will be applied to the surface in 2 coats. The desired value should be 70% in the near IR region and 60% in the Global Horizontal Radiation Value. IR value is required min 60% in dark colors. There is no need to measure the total radiation value. In total, the consumption will not be less than 1.20 kg / m2 at least at work. The paint will be applied by employer's representative by controlling site consumption. ROOF APPLICATION: After the primer material used has been completely dried according to ambient temperature and humidity rates following the applications described above, water-based "Acrylic Modifiye Polyurethane" binding, water-resistant, washable, high coverage, UV resistant, extraordinarily flexible, reflecting the heat received by the radiation through the reflective structure (These incremental values will be registered on site by measuring ASTM C1549, ASTM 1371 by the manufacturer.), emulsion paint with a volume of 50 ± 2% will be applied to the surface in 2 coats. The desired value should be 70% in the near IR region and 60% in the Global Horizontal Radiation Value.. IR value is required min 60% in dark colors. There is no need to measure the total radiation value. In total, the consumption will not be less than 1.60 kg / m2 at least at work. The paint will be applied by employer's representative by controlling site consumption. INSIDE CEILING APPLICATION: The inner ceiling insulation material will absorb the heat generated by the internal transformer and prevent it from coming back in. In order to create a selective surface, the inner ceiling insulation material must have an emissivity value of max The product to be used must be 100% solvent-free. The heat absorbed from the inner environment must be transferred within the mass to pass through the outer atmosphere and be lost there. EFFICIENCY CALCULATION: Qin=(Ts-Tc)/R Equ 1.1 R: Total thermal resistance of the roof (m2k / W) Ts: Outside temperature of the roof (K)

3 Tc: Internal temperature of the roof (K) (1-SR)I= ε σ (Ts4-Tsky4) + hc (Ts - Ta ) + Qin Equ 1.2 I: insolation (W / m2) (to be taken from GEPA) SR: Solar Reflectivity (measured by manufacturer on site) ε: surface emissivity (measured by the manufacturer on site) σ: Stefan-Boltzmann constant (= W / m2 K4) hc: Convection Constant (W / m2 K) Tsky: Sky Temperature (K) Ta: Air Temperature (K) Ts: Outside temperature of the roof (K) The accounts are calculated for the previous and the following situations and the efficiency is calculated.
