The energy bills are under 150$. When heating done, energy costs rise. Highest bill was 250$. Previous house owned, has a very high leakage and energy costs were around 400$. Q12) Were there any signs of moisture damage seen by the homeowner? If so, when, why, and where was the damage seen and what were the steps taken to overcome the problem? None. There is Ultra Air (Energy Recovery Ventilator) installed for insurance. It brings in fresh air and dehumidifies the air. Running time for Ultra Air: 10 minutes after every 50 minutes. 11 OVERALL OPINION OF EXPERIENCE OF THE HOMEOWNER WITH SEALED ATTICS Humidity Control made a large difference. The comfort level is more with Sealed Attics.
