1 SPECIFICATIONS GENERAL All building work carried out will comply with the obligations to housing consumers and the NHBRC under the terms of the Housing Consumers protection Measures Act 1998 Cement maxi bricks produced by a SABS accredited producer will be used. All levels and dimensions will be checked by Transworld on site prior to commencing with work. All building work will comply with municipal building regulations. Inside walls in cement maxi stock bricks for plaster & painted. White tiles on the shower walls. WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULE Epoxy powder coated dove grey aluminium as per door & window schedules. All glazed sections larger than 1m² or closer than 3 00m to a finished floor level to be safety glass. Internal doors to be 44 mm thick hollow core flush panel masonite doors fitted to timber door frames all to be painted white. Garage door Sectional overhead fibreglass door colour white.
