The modular design of our system range T- MAX guarantees the right adaptation to every case of application. Whether the package is on the pallet, individually on the roller conveyer or has to be strapped horizontally, for every demand the T-MAX range offers the optimal solution! To satisfy your requirements we can guarantee the optimal load securing by strapping with our new strapping aggregate T-200 using PP and PET straps. High Tech by Innovation The electrical plastic strapping head T-200 combines modern drive and control technology with the state of the art in proven sealing technique, based on the friction weld joint. For the drive the strapping head T-200 is equipped with robust DC motors which makes the application of a control voltage of 24 volt possible, and hence the strapping head T-200 and the T-MAX range can be operated with 230 volt. Arguments for the technology by TITAN No couplings are necessary anymore due to the DC motors in the strapping head, hence we don t have any mechanical wear in this area. The shortest sealing times guarantee the highest clocking times in your production. The very slim design of the strapping head T-200 allows the flexible integration into existing roller conveyor systems without any additional drive; this is a most favourable aspect especially of the machine type T- 200 U. The easy integration of the machine into existing conveying systems is guaranteed due to the fact that this is the narrowest strapping aggregate available on the market. This means no additional driven rollers before or behind the strapping aggregate T-200 to ensure a smooth transport of packages. 6 Titan T-200 H Horizontal Plastic Strapping Machine. The specific characteristics of the T-200 H machine are the compact design and the entirely electrical drive. The quick and easy assembly allows a rearrangement of the machine at any time. The flexible suspension of the strap guide channel protects the machine and the package in case of vertical collision. Accessories, optionally available: Frequency converter to increase the lifting and lowering speed. Floating unit: Due to the head movement achieved by the floating unit the joint adapts itself better to the package. Strap positioning unit to guarantee the exact positioning of several strappings. Being especially suitable for heavy packages, this machine fascinates by its easy operating structure. Advantages of the T-50 T machine: Due to the 230 V power supply the T-50 T machine is very flexible and can, therefore, be used at different packaging stations.
