4 Questions and Answers from the pre-bid meeting: 1. Is there an error on Page E-03 of the plans? Reference Drawing E-08 PARK LAKE ONE LINE DIAGRAM - EXISTING. Clarification: The feeder from the ATS to the Lift Station is a 2"C not a 3"C. The cables are 3 # 4/0 no ground. Demo cable, reuse conduit as before. 2. Will the required PVC pipe be supplied by the City of Waco? No, the City will not be supplying PVC piping for this project. The four control panels is all that the City will be providing. All other items will be provided by the contractor. 3. What panels are being supplied by the City of Waco? The City will be providing the Pump Control Panels and the SCADA (PLC) Control Panels for both the Greenleaf and Park Lake Sewer Lift Stations. 4. What other instrumentation companies can be used besides Control Panels USA? The instrumentation company used must be Control Panels USA as noted in the RFB (Request for Bids). There will be no approved equals. 5. What size is the current electrical conduit at the Park Lake Sewer Lift Station from the generator to the lift station (on Page E-08 of the plans)? Is this the correct size for all the future cabling? Reference Drawing E-08 PARK LAKE ONE LINE DIAGRAM - REVISED. Change the New feeder from the ATS to the Lift Station to "3 #4/0, #4/0G. 2"C". 6. Does the City of Waco want a rack to hang ball float cables on in the wet well of the Park Lake Sewer Lift Station? Yes. Please provide a rack to hang the ball float cables on for the Park Lake Sewer Lift Station. It is noted in the plans. 7. Are plans for the Park Lake Lift Station sewer force main available for review? Yes. See the attached documentation of the sewer force mains for the Park Lake and Greenleaf Sewer Lift Stations. 8. The schematic drawings on page E-16 of the plans are labeled Duplex Pump Control Panels. Is this correct? No. The drawings on page E-16 of the plans should read SCADA (PLC) Control Panel, for each lift station.
