2 Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems Lorencic Bauservice Lorencic building service EPS - the economical, classic EIFS system All technical and economic requirements on exterior insulation are met with the Lorencic Building Service EPS EIFS system with its classic insulation board made of high-quality, quality controlled rigid polystyrene foam. 1. Adhesion With Lorencic filler. This universal filler for gluing and reinforcing forms the bond between the structure and insulation material. They are mineral-based, breathable and waterproof. Consumption approx. 4kg/m². 2. Insulation The insulation material - thermal insulation boards for facades - is applied using Lorencic adhesive filler. In addition to gluing it may be necessary to dowel the thermal insulation boards depending on the structure. The thermal insulation prevents heat transfer. 3. Reinforcements Use Lorencic adhesive filler to create a reinforced layer with a thickness of 3mm in a thin bed process. Consumption approx kg/m². Incorporate the Lorencic full thermal insulation mesh system. Consumption approx. 1.1 running metres/m². 4. Primer Use Lorencic universal plaster base to pre-treat the plaster base. This ready-to-use and universal primer containers mineral filling agents and pigments. 5. Highly-compressed, pressure-resistant rockwool lath boards tested according to the Austrian standard (ÖNORM) B6000, non-flammable, heat and sound insulation, water resistant, unrottable, dimensional stability, aging resistant and open to vapour diffusion. 1. 6 Pretreatment / Primers Lorencic-colours for individual design The LORENCIC colour chart contains the latest colour trends and presents colour design possibilities for new building facades, renovations and modernisations in interiors and exteriors. Alongside our 252 colours, we also do our utmost and fulfil every colour request you have. The colour chart is printed. Therefore slight deviations in colour to the original colours are possible. Also deviations in raw material, structure, diverse absorbance of surface, environmental influences and light conditions can result in colour deviations. Claims regarding colour deviations cannot be asserted on the basis of the above-mentioned causes. The luminosity shows the amount of light in %, which is reflected from a surface with a type D65 light source. The mass is smooth and can be applied or removed easily. Consumption approx. 0.9kg/m² per mm layer thickness. Only in internal areas, for the filling of large-scale cavities, cracks, holes and joints on walls and ceilings prior to wallpapering or painting work! Dispersion paint with good covering power for rooms of all kind. All surfaces have to be dry, solid and clean. The coat is painted, rolled or sprayed on (also airless). Strongly adhering, non-absorbent, anti-soak old coatings can be immediately painted over with Austro Norm 750 after thorough cleaning. Poorly adhering or non-anti-soak old coatings are to be completely removed. Leache old varnish and oil paint coatings with ammonium hydroxide and wash naturally. Heavily absorbing and sandy surfaces have to be primed with acrylic sealer coat according to factory specification. Primer: Dilute Austro Norm 750 with % water Top coating : Dilute Austro Norm 750 with max. 5 % water. Austro Norm 750 is often also used as a single-coat colour due to its high opacity. Low-emission and solvent-free! Tested according to EN 13300: wet abrasion: class 3. The top coat is diluted with up to 5% water. Low-emission and solvent-free! Tested according to EN 13300: wet scrub resistance: class 5. High-yield dispersion paint for all rooms, wash-resistance. High-quality coating material for all kinds of walls and ceilings. All surfaces have to be dry, solid and clean. Lightweight building boards with separating medium (hardboards, fixing boards etc.) are to be thoroughly sanded and primed with acrylic sealer coat. A gypsum-based primer is recommended in order to reduce absorbance with plasterboards and walls made of plasterboards or gypsum building blocks. Strongly adhering, non-absorbent, anti-soak old coatings can be immediately painted over after thorough cleaning. Leache old varnish and oil paint coatings with ammonium hydroxide and wash naturally. Coating compositions: primer with Empuplast polar white, diluted % with water (depending on absorbency) apply top coat diluted with max. 5 % water. The coat is painted, rolled or sprayed on (also airless). Low-emission and solvent-free! Contains kaolin. Professional quality tested according to EN 13300: wet scrub resistance: class 3. 8 Fassadenfarben Facade paint Durlin white Synthetic dispersion paint, weatherproof, diffusible for plaster and concrete surfaces, masonry and appropriate sustainable surfaces. The surfaces have to be dry, solid,clean and stable. The application can be painted, rolled or airless-sprayed on (nozzle " = mm, material pressure bar, spray angle ). Dilute the first coating with max. 10% water (depending on the absorbance of the surface). Apply the second coating undiluted. Tone in with DURLIN facade full-tone colours. Pay attention to the smooth application and dispersion of material when applying coatings. Consumption per coat approx g/m².
