4 Working relationships With the investment being made in the refurbishment of the Harrogate properties, it was critical to specify floor coverings that would have long lasting performance as well as being hardwearing and easy to maintain and the Novilon products easily met these needs. Yorkshire Homes receive a stylish and practical refurb thanks to Forbo s Novilon To ensure its 20-property social housing scheme was in line with the Decent Homes Standard, Yorkshire Housing has recently embarked on a refurbishment project to make the homes fit for purpose. When it came to the specification of the flooring for the kitchen and bathroom areas, the housing provider chose Forbo Flooring Systems cushioned vinyl products, due to the comprehensive portfolio of styles and designs - that also ticked the boxes in terms of performance and durability.
