2 Overview Established in 1981, Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd (Kerman) is one of the most experienced design and construction firms in Western Australia. We specialise in: non-process mine site infrastructure, process plants, bulk storage and materials handling facilities, industrial facilities, and accommodation villages. Our point of difference is our ability to leverage over 30 years of our design, engineering, construction experience and knowledge to provide cost effective, innovative design and construction solutions for the benefit of our clients. 4 Service Offering Four core elements of Design and Construction activities: Non-Process mine site infrastructure HV/LV/Rail workshops, warehouses, refuelling and wash-down facilities, offices, accommodation and amenities, roads and site services. Industrial processing plants for minerals, chemicals and waste treatment. Bulk storage and materials handling facilities for Iron Ore, Mineral Sands, Grain, Nickel, Rice and Fertiliser. 5 Capabilities Kerman's capability in the design and construction of non process infrastructure, bulk materials handling, process plants is comprised of the following disciplines: process design, plant layout, civil / structural, mechanical (self perform), electrical, architectural. Construction capabilities include: civil, structural concrete (self perform), structural steel (self perform), mechanical / pipework (self perform), electrical and instrumentation, site infrastructure, building works, commissioning (self perform). In order to successfully deliver our capabilities we have comprehensive Management Systems: procurement, project scheduling, cost control, safety, quality, human resources. We self perform a significant portion of the works we undertake and hence we have a significant fleet of Construction Equipment, including: 80t and 100t Crawler Cranes, 20t feeder cranes, 60ft and 80ft boomlifts, trucks, telehandlers, general construction plant.
