Engineering Projects (India) Ltd invites the sealed item rate tenders for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Precision Air conditioning unitfor Construction of Partially completed Building at Centre for Development of Advance Computing at Pune Campus, Pune, Maharashtra in two bids ( Techno commercial & Price Bid) Envelope 1 Techno commercial and Envelope-2 Price bid, Both the envelopes shall be kept in Third envelopefrom the eligible and interested bidders who are either Manufacturer or Authorized Dealers in two bid system. The detailed scope of work is given in the BOQ. The work is to be carried out on item rate basis as per bill of quantities and tender conditions. Time schedule of Tender activities: (i) Date & Time for Downloading of tender documents: (ii) Last Date & Time of submission of Tenders: up to Hrs (iii) Date & Time of opening tender (Techno-Commercial Bid): at Hrs (iv) Date & Time of opening tender (Price Bid) : at 15:00 Hrs Supplier who fulfills the following requirements shall be eligible to apply. The Joint Ventures are not accepted. a) Manufacturesas listed in approved makesor the dealers of approved makeshall be eligible to apply. 4 b) Should have valid PAN (Permanent Account Number of Income Tax). Copies of PAN card to be submitted. c)bidder should have Valid Sale Tax/VAT Registration certificate/service Tax Registration certificates whichever IS applicable Copies of documentary evidence to be submitted. d) If Dealer is participating in the tender, the authorized dealership letter of approved vendor needs to be submitted. 2.0 EPI reserves the right to extend the date of submission of the tender or cancel the tender or annul this processwithoutassigning any reason whatsoever. The brief scope of work included in this tender shall include (but not limitedto) Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Precision Air conditioningunitas per approved makes by client. The complete tender document comprising of the following is to be duly signed & stamped on each page. 3.0The complete tender documents are available on the website and the same can be downloaded by the intending bidders directly from website CPP Portal: Tender documents consist of following - 1. NIT 2. ITT 3. Scope of work & Terms & condition 4. Price bid 4.0 All tenders shall be accompanied by the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs1,00,000/-(One Lac rupess) in the form of DD of any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Banks, in accordance with the prescribed Performa, favoring Engineering Projects (India) Limited, Mumbai, The EMD shall be valid for minimum period of 90 days (Ninety) from the last day of submission of tender. Tenders submitted without EMD or within adequate amount of EMD shall be rejected. EMD shall be returned after completed of the work. 5.0 The Terms & Conditions contained in this NIT and tender documents shall be applicable. In case of any unscheduled holiday taken place on the last day of issue of tender/submission of tender, the next working day will be treated as scheduled day and time for issue/submission of Tender. 6.0 EPI reserves the right to accept any tender or reject any or all tenders or annul this tendering process without assigning any reason and liability whatsoever and to re-invite the tender at its sole discretion. 7.0 The corrigendum or addendum, extension, cancellation of this NIT, if any, shall be hosted on the EPI s & CPP portal. The bidders are required to check EPI s website & CPP Portal regularly for this SIGNATURE OF BIDDER 2

5 purpose, to take into account before submission of tender. All Corrigendum and addendum are to be submitted duly signed & stamped. All bidders are advised to check especially website regularly. 8.0The price bid of those bidders whose bid has been technically accepted on the basis of documents submitted shall be opened with prior intimation to them. 6 SCOPE OF SUPPLY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Precision Package unit as per BOQ 2. Delivery Period Material shall be supplied and installed within 10 days from the date of purchase order 3. Payment terms 100% payment will be made after successful Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning 4. Warrantee As per manufactures warranty for all parts and separately to be mentioned in their offer, 5. Offer Validity offer shall be kept valid for 30 days from the date of opening 6. Taxes & duties The quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes and duties, Transportation, Fright, LBT, Octori 7. Variations: The quantities in BOQ may varies plus/ minus 25%. The payment shall be made as per the actual quantities supplied and install. The price shall remain firm for the total work. 8. Price: Price quoted shall be firm 9. Location Center for Development of Advance Computing (CDAC), Pune University Campus, Pashan Road, Ganeshkhind, Pune Make Emerson, Stulz or equivalent.
