Our company boasts the knowledge and technical solutions allowing to build your own house or your business premises on water close to shore. Our company carries out projects of water homes/premises using the technology of a special floating system. Both the construction and production of the concrete floating system guarantees safety, stability, buoyancy and resistance to different types of weather conditions with no necessity for maintenance while exploiting. Water homes and other facilities constructed with the aid of our system offer all conveniences and comfort comparable to this of houses/facilities build in the traditional manner. The way and technology of building a water home is based on a classic architectural project. A water house is built on a special concrete floating construction. 7 Floating system Technology Objects are built on concrete pontoons. Due to this technology implemented and checked in sea waters, we offer safe, stable and unsinkable pontoons which are used with additional resources and maintenance for many decades. Construction and building technology The technology of building an object is based on classical architectural project of a house, hotel, restaurant or any other defined object. After the analysis of a client s needs we prepare necessary calculations of weight and stability of construction. Optimal project meets all legal and technical requirements required for such types of objects. The construction technology is based on framework construction. The framework of the object is made of galvanized steel sections protected with rust inhibitors or made of many layers of impregnated wood. Object elevation may be aqua panels, laminated DLH, aluminium covered metal plates panels. Windows and doors are made of wood or aluminium frames. Warming system is made of foamed polystyrene compliant with relevant regulations for single family houses. Roofs are flat and specially warmed with foamed polystyrene panels covered with water proof isolation. Rain water drainage through gutter systems hidden in the building elevation. Decks are made of tropical wood or of durable wood and PCV conglomerate. Crash barriers are made of stainless steel with wooden or steel holders. Sewage is drained to a tank installed on pontoons or pumped to a septic tank. In other cases vidange cars are used. Floors are made of wooden panels, carpeting or grass tiles. Interior woodworking - moving doors or standard made of wood or MDF. Moorage There are three method s of mooring: a) piles - steel piles positioned in the base of water reservoir maintaining an object stability. The object may move up or down. This is the most often used method of mooring. b) mooring booms - special piles keeping the object in a safe distance form a shoreline (pier). This system is possible provided that mooring is performed at a concrete shoreline to install piles. c) Seaflex anchors - concrete blocs installed around the object linked with floating platform secured from excessive floating. This method is as safe as piles mooring. This method is recommended for deep water reservoirs where piles methods would be too expensive or impossible. 6
