1 FLAT ELEVATOR CABLE RG59, RG59+2DC, UTP CAT6, SFTP CAT6 COPPER SERIES MAIN FEATURES ASTEL RG59 Lift Monitor cablescopper Series are designed and manufactured to Ultra flexibility demand of CCTV Cameras in Elevator applications. ASTEL FEC UTP CAT6 BC models are Dual jacket CAT6 cables featuring stranded copper conductors and twisted to form 4Pairs. It features Inner jacket and outer jacket for excellent network performance parameters ASTEL FEC SFTP CAT6 BC features Dual jacket with dual shielding. It can be used in highly electromagnetic noise environments for IP Cameras and networking applications. Outer jacket is made of highly flexible PVC which provides extra tensile strength for longer runs in Elevator. Page 1 FEC059V

3 FLAT ELEVATOR CABLE UTP CAT6 Model: FEC UTP CAT6 BC (Dual Jacket) FECUTPCAT6BCA FECUTPCAT6BCA FECUTPCAT6BCB Product Introduction: ASTEL Flat Elevator Cables are designed and manufactured to Ultra flexibility demand of CCTV Cameras in Elevator applications. ASTEL FEC UTP CAT6 BC has Stranded Copper as a center conductor with HDPE Insulation and Dual jacket. It has two GI Steel Strength members on either side of the center conductor. All the cores are protected with Ultra Flexible PVC Jacket for repeated bending and traveling of elevators. 5 Installation Notes: All Models Flexible cable should be tied with the cable rope by using high tensile cable ties at a gap of every 10 cm. When fixing the connectors, please give five loops of cable atleast with 20 cms diameter and then fix the metal shielded RJ45 Connector. Metal Shielded connector should be with Boot and can be directly plugged in the IPC. Technical Notes All Models DC resistance changes at the rate of 0.393% /ºC.
