The main structure of the counter is to be made of 19mm thick BWP Phenol Formaldehyde block board of Green/Century / Mayur or equivalent with a teak wood beading of 50 mm x 38 mm in front and necessary beading to cover all the exposed edges of board etc. The width of the counter should have 5 0 (with disc credenza / cabinet of 1 4 wide and maximum 3'6 length / depth (including width of counter). The vertical supporting members of counter are to be made of 19 mm thick BPW Phenol Formaldehyde block board of Green/Century / equivalent don-8 box shall be provided by the bank would be fitted properly in right hand side. The key board pullout tray of to be provided in addition to key board drawer with lock and key make arrangement of standard make to be decided by the Bank. The left hand side should have cabinet made of 19 mm thick BWP, PF plywood and cavity keeping CPU as per design / drawing. The counter top have a neat hole to be made in the table for connecting the wires which is to be covered with a dark colored PVC insert (wire manager) with moveable parts to put the wires and sockets to cover the hole neatly. The exposed block board/ plywood to be covered with 1.0 mm thick blue / white laminate of Greenlam / Marino / Century or equivalent of approved shade and color. Exposed portions to be also covered with 1.0 mm thick blue / white laminate of approved shade and color. The internal and non-visible side of all drawers, cabinets and counter table shall be Amount

2 painted with 3 coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer on the internal side. Glass portion made of 12 mm thick toughen glass of approved make as per design and specification securely fixed in toughen section as per design and details and all necessary standard quality of fittings, hard wares, locks (make or equivalent). Door shutter of 19 mm BWP board to be fixed at the rear side of counter with automatic locking system from Godrej or equivalent. All work to be completed as per Corporate Centre, job as per direction E / I. 2. FULL HEIGHT PARTITIONS PARTLY PANELED, PARTLLY GLAZED / NON GLAZED PARTITIONS & LOW PARTITIONS Repairing of double skin partly paneled partly glazed full height partitions, nonglazed partitions and low height partitions with 6 mm thick BWP grade plywood of Green / Century or equivalent make of both sides and 1.0 mm thick Greenlam / Century or equivalent make of glosive blue / white laminate without of 8.00 mm / mm thick clear float glass, painting of interior surfaces and polishing over exposed surfaces and change of locks etc wherever required etc as per Corporate Centre, 3. Repairing of S.W.D.S counters with 6 mm thick BWP grade plywood of Green / Century or equivalent make and 1.0 mm thick Greenlam / Century or equivalent make glosive blue / white laminate and painting of interior surfaces and polishing over exposed surfaces and change of locks etc wherever required etc as per Corporate Centre, 4. WORK STATIONS / TABLES Repairing of existing work station tables of different sizes with 6 mm thick BWP grade plywood of Green / Century or equivalent make and 1.0 mm thick Greenlam / Century or equivalent make glosive blue / white laminate and painting of interior surfaces and polishing over exposed surfaces and change of locks etc wherever required etc as per Corporate Centre, Mumbai approved materials Color & Laminate etc and specifications to complete job as per direction of E / I. 9. LOW TYPE STORAGE CABINET: Repairing of low storage cabinets with 6.0 mm thick BWP plywood of Green / Century or equivalent make and 1.00 mm thick laminate of Greenlam / Centuty or equivalent make of glosive blue / white laminate and painting of interior surfaces and polishing over exposed surfaces and change of locks Sq.m Sq.m Sq.m Nos No s 10.00

Repairing of existing false ceiling tiles and taking out of damaged false ceiling tiles of Armstrong s Mineral Fiber Acoustical False ceiling tiles of type Prima Fine Fissured RH- 99% of approx. size 600mm x 600mm x 12mm with square / tegular edge at all heights laid on Armstrong s Prelude XL Hot dipped galvanized exposed grid with 15 m with T-Section exposed flingers which shall be powder coated white. The framework will comprise of main Runner made from 0.33 mm thick GS sheet and of size 24 mm x 38mm x 3600 mm and spaced at 1200 mm centre securely fixed to the structural soffit by approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum centre. Hangers (GI wire of 4.0 mm dia. to be fixed by approved Rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc.where ever to complete 11. VITRIFIED TILES FLOORING: Providing, laying and fixing vitrified flooring / skirting in specified area with vitrified tiles approx size 600mm x 600 mm X 8mm in light colors specified by the Bank as per approved shade and colour of standard make i.e. Naveen/ Johnson/Asian/ Nitco/ Euro (Premium quality) only, with the help of Pedilite or equivalent make pasting chemicals after required chipping and leveling the surface by 1:4 cement sand mortar if required including cost of materials & labours etc.to complete job. 12. S/F/F Godrej mortise locks/ Night latches including cost of labor & materials etc. to complete job. 13. VERTICAL BLINDS : Providing & fixing 100 mm wide vertical blinds (vista level or classic/ or equivalent of standard make) in off-white or any approved color on all windows & opening of B.M s chamber. SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINTING : Providing two or more coats painting with finest 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian paints / ICI Dulux/ Berger Nerolac/ equivalent approved brand of specified colour to give an even after proper scrapping, sand-papering, etc. as per direction of bank. 15. WALL PUTTY Providing and applying wall putty of 2 mm average thickness over plastered & white washed walls & ceiling to prepare the surface even and smooth compete as per direction of Bank. 16. OIL BOUND DISTEMPER (ACRYLIC): Providing two or more coats of oil bound acrylic distemper paint, 1st quality Asian paints / ICI Dulux/ Berger/Nerolac or equivalent approved brand over a coat of cement primer to give an even shade over newly plaster of parish finished walls & ceilings as per direction of Bank. 17. Providing two or more coats of Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer of ICI, Berger Paints (India Ltd, Jenson & Nicholson (India) Ltd, Shalimar Paints Ltd and Asian do to complete job. 18.
