Artisans and Trades, Inc: You are hereby directed to change the Plans, Specifications, and/or Contract (the "Construction Documents") as directed below. We agree to pay the total amount shown within ten (10) days of acceptance. Due to the following changes, the construction schedule will be increased by 20 business day(s). 1. Provide labor and materials to enact framing changes as shown on the attached "Framing Changes" dated 6/12/ Costs related to changes in Item #1 for Millwork, Cabinetry, Finish Carpentry, and Interior Finishing are not included and will be addressed when those allowances are reconciled. 3. Provide labor and materials to perform electrical changes as shown on the attached "Electrical Revisions" plan dated 6/12/ Clarify location of A/C units, furnace venting, and gas meter locations per the attached "Mechanical Update" plan dated 6/12/ Provide labor and materials to perform Home Automation (wiring only) as shown on the attached "WDA Home Automation Plan" dated

3 FRAMING CHANGES SPECIFICATION Misc. Rough Materials Provide materials necessary to enact changes shown Rough Carpentry Provide labor to remove existing framing and install new framing to accommodate changes shown on Plan Millwork Provide an insulated, weatherstripped wall attic access door in SG Knotty Alder at Bedroom #2 closet with face frame and casing Provide a slightly deeper SG Knotty Alder wood niche bottom shelf with dropped edge and apron Cost for these items will be addressed when the Millwork allowance is reconciled Finish Carpentry Provide labor to install an insulated, weatherstripped wall attic access door at Bedroom #2 closet with face frame and casing Cost for this item will be addressed when the Finish Carpentry allowance is reconciled Interior Finishing Provide labor and materials to finish an insulated, weatherstripped wall attic access door in SG Knotty Alder at Bedroom #2 closet with face frame and casing Cost for this item will be addressed when the Interior Finishing allowance is reconciled FRAMING CHANGES

4 GENERAL SUMMARY OF CHANGES Lower level: Electrical Key clarification calling out the porcelain bulb holder symbol and I bubbled the locations on the plan (no change though). Delete electrical requirements for deleted dishwasher. Add (3) dimmers to LL Rec Room and LL Bar area switches

5 GENERAL SUMMARY OF CHANGES First Floor: Delete under cabinet light at Laundry Room Delete under cabinet light at SW corner of kitchen (cabinet goes down to the counter top) Add switch for all under cabinet lighting including at island Add (4) puc lights in upper cabinets at Kitchen Delete single under counter light at island Add under counter LED lights at island (see image attached and please advise if a more economical option is available to get this effect) Add switch to Dining room to separate the decorative fixture from the can lights Add dimmers (2) to both the Dining Room decorative and the Dining Room can lights Add door bell and chime per plan Add (2) 4 can lights to Master Bedroom (technically these were deleted somehow on the framing change and I missed it, they should not have been) Clarification of the Master Bedroom decorative fixture (it is shown on our plan centered in the windows on the West wall, but on site was installed differently. Delete one sconce light at Master Bathroom (see cabinet layout). Note switches were relocated to South side of entrance door by electrician (we are documenting the change only and do not expect a charge) Add one GFI outlet to Master Bathroom at Vanity, see cabinet plans RECESSED OUTLET TO BE 66"AFF

6 GENERAL SUMMARY OF CHANGES Second Floor: Clarification of symbol at the Upper Hall Linen closet (previously shown as a can light, this needs to be a flush mount per code) typo. Delete hallway sconce on South end of Hall Add a 4 can light and a switch at both the South end and North end of the upper hallway per plan Delete can light at second floor bathroom ceiling Re-locate wiring at re-located wall in Bedroom #2
