4 Process Module Fabrication and Assembly Bay Ltd. has a 30 year history of successful process and pipe-rack module fabrication for both upstream and downstream industries. In addition to our Amelia and Belle Chasse, Louisiana facilities we also fabricate modules in our headquarters facility in Corpus Christi, Texas and in Billings, Montana, Barranquilla, Colombia, and Tampico, Mexico allowing us to execute projects for domestic, Canadian, and International clients. Bay performs all principal construction disciplines involved in modular fabrication and has extensive experience with both welded and bolted structures. Bay s on site pipe fabrication shops and coating facilities allow us to effectively support schedule driven projects. With both covered fabrication/assembly shops and extensive dockside assembly areas, Bay is able to maximize labor resource utilization and assemble modules from a truckable size through 4,000 + ton heavy lift modules. 5 Heavy Hauling, Erection and Field Installation Bay Ltd. is one of the heavy hauling and lifting pioneers along the Gulf Coast. Since our incorporation over fifty years ago, we have maintained an extensive equipment fleet suited to a wide array of specialty needs as well as an experienced and highly skilled workforce. Our fleet of Nicolas Transporters has been recently upgraded to 193 axles. Bay Ltd. remains a leader and pioneer in maintaining a large and diverse crane fleet and the engineering and execution of heavy and difficult erection projects. We are also specialists in Turnaround Lifting Equipment Management. Safety Bay Ltd. has a comprehensive safety program designed to provide a safe and healthy workplace for every employee and visitor. 6 Pipe Fabrication Bay fabricates pipe spools in support of it s own modular Fabrication and Topsides outfitting projects as well as for routine offshore production facility process upgrades performed by our offshore crews. Priority spools are identified by the respective Project Management Team and the shop fabrication schedule is coordinated to meet these priorities. The Pipe Fabrication Shops contain offices and drafting rooms with ample space for shop foreman and client representatives to oversee the work.
