2 Industry & Offshore In the field of industry and offshore installations, the firm has been developing a strategy based on building up specific knowledge and range of activities to ensure the competence required on today s demanding market, with respect for the work quality and the required deadlines. The range of our services enables us to cover the entire development phase, depending on the complexity of the project, from the initial phase, through the main design, detailed design and ultimately as-built design. Energetics In the field of energetics, the company seeks to apply new technologies and technical solutions for increased energy efficiency in accordance with the latest know-how. New technologies are introduced by optimal methods following the required preliminary and detailed technical and financial analyses, thus making customers decision-making easier in the implementation of proposed projects. About Us Tekon TEKON d.o.o. has been active since 2005, providing various services in the field of industry and energetics. Its operating area is based on activities related to engineering, technical consulting with the possibility of designing, supervising of execution and implementation in collaboration with other firms. The firm operates in the field of mechanical engineering, designing of steel structures, pipelines for oil and gas industry, HVAC systems in industry and building construction. Our business activities predominantly consist of designing and further development of both the existing and new plants, particularly the offshore oil and gas installations and the onshore processing and distribution plants. As one of the few Croatian firms with the emphasis on specialization, specific knowledge and experience in design and development in this field, we have been present for many years in the domestic and foreign markets providing services which include draw-up of new project documentation and detailing of the existing ones. Ever since founded, the firm has been continuously improving and pursuing application of specific skills and knowledge of the project team with the aim of improving the quality of services which includes the use of specific tools for project development and implementation. To solve tasks toward the achievement of certain goals, taking into account the work quality and required deadlines, project team uses following specific tools: ProgeCAD, AVEVA PDMS, TEKLA, AutoPLANT, SAP2000 and Gasworks TM / Caesar II. Other softwares could be considered on request.

In the field of industry and offshore installations, the company offers the following services: Preparation of project documentation, which includes 3D modeling, basic design drawings,equipment and piping layout, piping isometrics, piping supports drawings and equipment layout. Preparation of workshop documentation based on the project documentation, in order to clearly define all structural elements, position classification and preparation of the corresponding material cost estimates, MTO (material take off) and manufacturing lists. Structural and piping analysis and reports; structure and piping stress analysis, budget calculations and load out analysis and reports. Preparation of HTC (hydraulic test circuit) procedures and manuals for pipeline pressure testing. Management and supervision of energy and industrial plant constructions. Preparation of erection sequence procedure with gantt-chart and other necessary activities. Consulting, procurement and development engineering, feasibility studies, preparation of assessments, calculations and offers for construction of energy / industrial plants. In cooperation with contractors, the company is able to offer the turnkey services in the construction / equipment of offshore / onshore units and vessels, such as: Industry & Offshore Manufacturing, assembly and welding of primary and secondary steel structures. Manufacturing and welding of hull. Manufacturing and installation of pipelines and piping supports. Installation of hot and cold insulation on/in different structural units. Mechanical works concerning installation of main and auxiliary systems. Machining works and services. Installation of electrical and instrumentation equipment. Liftings for the purpose of installation of equipment or structure.
