2 OVERVIEW J&K Civil (WA) Pty Ltd Established in 2007, J&K Civil (JKC) is a Western Australian owned and operated contracting company specialising in providing high quality civil construction services to the WA Infrastructure, Mining and Resources sectors. Our willingness to provide innovative solutions, help create cost and time savings for our clients coupled with a proven site management team, experienced work force and reliable fleet of plant, JKC are capable of undertaking your small to medium sized projects with bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks, roading, rail, drainage, piping and tailings dam components. Key Management Jason Dow Director / Superintendent With over 20 years experience in the construction and mining sector, Owner and Operating Director Jason Dow has taken his small contracting business and developed it into a successful company. Jason has experience supervising and managing a diverse range of civil projects in the Pilbara for BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Fortescue Metals Group and Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Steve Watkins Operations Manager Steve has over 12 years experience in civil construction and project management. Prior to joining J&K Civil Steve worked for designers Opus Consultants and civil contractors NRW and Viento Group. Kim Gilchrist Director / Admin As a Director Kim specialises in contract administration and manages the Companies human resources, procurement, accounts and payroll. Alvin Lai Project Manager (BE Hons.) With experience in both construction and as designer/client in the Pilbara Alvin brings enthusiasm, technical expertise and a drive to successfully deliver any project he is involved with. 2

4 PROJECTS Tom Price Tailings Storage Facility Project May December 2017 Removal and disposal of existing pipe and infrastructure, installation of temporary pipework's, to enable continued deposition whilst 205,000m3 of bulk and detailed earthworks for several embankment raises is completed. Supply and Installation of 4km of new deposition HDPE and 108no. Polyurethane lined steel pipe work with valving. Pressure testing and commissioning of the new pipework. All completed in-house. Design and Construction Mesa A Evaporation Ponds January July 2017 Early works consisted of the detailed design, site geotechnical and services investigation and reporting followed by a joint Client/Contractor design and safety review. The twin evaporation ponds construction included cut to fill earthworks, trench and surface preparation, geotextile and HDPE liner installation followed by security fencing of the site. A new concrete drying slab was constructed along with new pipework and valves for the inflow to the ponds. Paraburdoo Southern Tailings Facility Project January June 2017 Works consisted of a 2m upstream raise of the existing facilities western and southern saddle dam embankments. Construction of new access tracks with several floodways, rock pitched spillway structure, low level crossings and pipe cross-overs. Miscellaneous works included the supply and installation of piezometers, survey monitoring points and heavy vehicle protection bollards. 4

5 PROJECTS Marandoo Waste Fines Storage Facility Stage 2 & 3 December February 2016 Bulk and detailed earthworks consisting of downstream embankment lifts of a tailings dam, modifications, extensions, dismantling and reinstating of underdrainage equipment, waste fines and decant pipework. Approximately 1.5 million cubes of material shifted in total. Autohaul Earthworks May April 2014 Detailed earthworks at 40+ sites alongside RTIO s active rail network for future autonomous train infrastructure including signal pads, radio base pads and level crossings. Works required access to Brockman, Marandoo, Hope Downs and Tom Price mine sites and included conduit installation, seal preparation, sealing works and line marking activities. Detailed earthworks at Bellbird and Rosella sidings in preparation for autonomous signally installation including installation of train driver change out pads and rail ballast supply. Rail Capacity Enhancement Project - Cape Lambert September March 2015 Earthworks for new and existing level crossings and rail maintenance tracks including the supply installation of road furniture, sealing works and line marking. Supply and installation of passive level crossing gates and rail formation works. 70 Gate installations; 30 level crossings; 350,000 square metres of 2-coat seal. References Available on request. 5
