Allow $2300 for tile installation plus $50 / m² for bed. Include tile supply if applicable. Allow $300. Full cost of WPM to bathroom. Allow $80 - $120 per pod. Interpod bathrooms come fully cleaned and ready for use. Allow up to $1000 per pod (depending on spec). Mirror and shower screen supply and install. REMOVE COST OF MATERIALS POD INSTALLATION COSTS COST OF BATHROOM IN DISPLAY SUITE Tiles, tapware, sanitary ware, accessories, door hardware, shower screens, joinery, etc. Allow $150 $220 per bathroom, including set-out off gridlines, minor levelling, and positioning. Often packaged with plastering subcontract. Interpod includes one prototype for each project. This can be used in the display suite if required.
