Our multidisciplinary brownfield service portfolio covers the entire project life cycle from early phase studies to detailed design of modifications, retrofit design, lifetime extension projects, complete or partial revamps, tie-ins, maintenance and process improvements. Fabrication-friendly design The Ramboll-SubC engineering team has a great understanding of the full fabrication process, and they work seamlessly with the construction department to ensure a fabricationfriendly design for your project. With engineering and fabrication taking place at the same location, we have an ideal basis for exchange of ideas while at the same time reducing the risk of re-work. Procurement Ramboll-SubC handles all aspects of the supply chain on your EPCIC project. Our engineers and procurement specialists work closely and proactively together ensuring swift resolution of technical queries and proper management of the logistics for long lead items. Our procurement team manages contracts from request for quotation to contract closeout. This includes inquiry, bid evaluation, supplier selection and audits, expediting, quay check, logistics, warehousing, invoice handling and reporting. 6 6 END-TO-END EPCIC SOLUTIONS FOR ENERGY PROJECTS CONSTRUCTION With a long track-record of fabrication and modification of offshore units and modules, Ramboll-SubC handles all aspects of construction and fabrication. Our construction team is headed by our highly skilled supervisors, whose primary goal is to ensure project completion in a safe and efficient manner. From the very early stages of the project, Ramboll-SubC focuses on the planning and preparation of the construction activities, and we strive to identify and select simple and costefficient methods. Fabrication works are closely monitored by our construction supervisors, who also participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of equipment. Before shipping any equipment or materials to the work site, everything is inspected and controlled. EPC Detailed design, fabrication and installation of four new wells, as well as extension of the existing ABB control system and the wellhead control panel. Project management, procurement, installation planning and MC&C. Offshore hot work campaign executed 20% faster than scheduled. Maersk Drilling ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES AT SOUTH ARNE. EPCIC Design, fabrication and installation of additional accommodation facilities consisting of 18 single cabins. The changes were made to allow for higher normal operation Personnel On Board (POB) from 54 to 72. The project comprised project management, procurement, installation, planning and MC&C. Hess SUPPLY OF COMPLETE FLOWLINE (LIFT GAS) UNITS Supply of two complete flowline (lift gas) units with a combination of supports, spools, installation of spools, process equipment, E&I and FAT for offshore platform. The project comprised supply of components, project management, manufacturing and assembly, with full functional testing and certification.

We provide highly efficient and contemporary solutions, and have the resources to carry out all work with our multidisciplinary team. During the past decade, we have identified new and cost-reducing processes for offshore installation including welding. Our skilled engineers and technicians ensure that we bring the required knowhow to each project. We have an established routine/execution model, which ensures that our team is well prepared before going offshore, thereby minimizing the time and cost of the offshore operation.

9 RAMBOLL-SUBC 9 Continuous performance improvements Ramboll-SubC has a long track record of optimizing and continuously improving offshore execution. One example is our development of automatic on-site welding equipment. This equipment can be used almost anywhere and on most types of materials. The advantages of this process improvement are 30-40% higher actual deposit rates, higher quality and much lower physical strain for the welder. Another example is the JibFlex that allows easy installation of heavy items in confined spaces. OPTIMIZED PROCEDURES AND SPECIFICATIONS We have developed special Welding Procedure Specifications and Qualification Records (WPS/ WPQR), which can reduce time and cost for e.g. offshore welding on larger structures where the economic gain will be high. PROJECT: CLAMP INSTALLATION ON VALDEMAR/ROAR Procurement, construction and installation of clamps for the caissons relating to tie-in of the Valdemar and Roar satellite platforms. Project completed 25 days ahead of schedule with zero LTIs due to innovative installation approach and application of new welding procedures. The scope comprised: Project management and engineering Method statement and risk assessment Vessel chartering Lifting plans, sea fastening and mobilization Welding engineering Offshore operation with multidisciplinary staff incl. crane operator Scaffolding, rigging, welding and coating Frosio inspector and NDT DNV verification

10 10 END-TO-END EPCIC SOLUTIONS FOR ENERGY PROJECTS COMMISSIONING A detailed commissioning strategy is essential to successful project completion. In order to incorporate commissioning needs in the detailed design, Ramboll-SubC develops the strategy in the early phase of detailed engineering. For each defined commissioning package, we develop detailed step-by-step commissioning procedures, including functional descriptions of the system with operating parameters to be achieved and functions to be tested. Mechanical completion and commissioning Priorities of Mechanical Completion & Commissioning (MC&C) are driven by the commissioning logic, which determines the precedence of priority for each system, e.g. instrument air and electrical power take priority as they are required to provide services for other systems. In close cooperation with the installation/construction team, Ramboll- SubC s MC&C experts will establish project-specific procedures to ensure that MC&C activities are carried out in connection with the relevant installation and construction activities.
