4 Cndminium: General Engineering Cnditin Reprt Cndminium cmprises (20) residential units in (3) buildings. Als n the site is an (8) unit detached garage. Unit building frnts face apprximately east. Cmmunity was cnstructed in 1983 per client. Buildings are standard wd-framed cnstructin with cedar clapbard siding and asphalt shingle rfs. Fundatins are slabs n-grade with frst walls.
