3 Director Mr. Rex Lau has over 8 years of experience in BIM implementation. He leads more than 30 BIM managers and engineers in Hong Kong and China BIM datacenter. He had rich experience in BIM team management and fully understand the BIM practices details, from modelling operation, approach, step, level of development, clash detection procedure, 4D production, clash reporting, to preparing BIM specification, BIM execution plan and appropriate BIM implementation at from early design stage to operation and management stage. Rex is a professional member of The Hong Kong institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM) and Building Smart Hong Kong(bsHK). Mr. Lin has been expertise in E&M services coordination and project management.
