Nos Supply of Labour for shifting of existing furniture etc. Nos Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, ceiling etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish and stacking any where within the compound as directed. Sq.M Cleaning the walls and ceiling by scraping with sand papering and smoothening down the surface including puttying. Sq.M Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed by Engineer. Cu.M Taking out ceramic tiles carefully by chiselling from walls or floor including stacking serviceable material as directed by Engineer. Sq.M Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works upto 150mm thick, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed by Engineer. Cu.M Taking out existing partition/ceiling of particle board, masonite board, ply board, soft board etc. on any thickness and any height, mending damages if any. Sq.M Labour for dismantling G.I Pipe (any dia.) with all fitting and fixtute at any level. Metre Page 1

2 1.10 Dismantling Indian W.C/ Anglo-Indian W.C/ Wash Basin including all fitting and stacking at required location as per direction of EIC. Each CIVIL WORK 2.1 Brickwork with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6), in second floor. Cu.M mm thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in second floor. Sq.M Applying two coats of Mastercrete M- 81 (Acrylic Co-polymer) or equivalent acrylic latex mixed with cement in the ratio of 1:2 by means of brush two coats at an interval of 12 hrs. each, curing the coating for three days. Sq.M Plaster to wall, ceiling etc. with coarse sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip coarse where necessary. With 6:1 cement mortar 20mm thick. Sq.M Providing Reinforced cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) works in beams, suspended floors,roofs, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, window sills, staircases, at all level excluding shuttering and reinforcement. 3 FLOORING WORKS 3.1 Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work and 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tiles & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface. 3 a). Floor, with Sand Cement Mortar (1:4) 20mm thick & 2mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using 2.91Kg/Sq.m & joint filling. Sq.M b). Wall, with Sand Cement Mortar (1:3) 15mm thick & 2mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using 2.91Kg/Sq.m & joint filling. Sq.M Supplying and laying true in level vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600x600mmx10mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2mm thick cement slurry back side of tiles using 2.91Kg/Sq.m or using polymerised adhesive (6mm thick layer applied directly over finished floor without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75Kg of cement/sq.m below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer. Sq.M Providing and fixing jet black granite slabs of 15mm to 18mm thick mirror polished uniform texture cut for table top, window sill of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) and laid over extg. table with approved adhesive and joints treated with cement mixed and matching pigment including rubbing, curing etc. complete at all levels as per ditection. 4 3.4 Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick Granite window sill including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. RM ALUMINIUM WORKS 4.1 Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work of approved shade for window as per approved design using extruded standard tubular sections of HINDALCO or approved make 2082@0.554Kg/m, and Kg/m or approved euivalent conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, anodized colour of approved shade according to IS: 1868 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junction, at top, bottom and sides with required neoprene felt etc. This item will include all necessary standard accessories like PVC weather gasket, EPDM glazing gasket, handle, hinge and applying polysulphide sealant all around peripheri of the window, along with 5mm thick tinted float glass of approved colour etc. all complete. Sq.m Providing and fixing colour anodised Aluminium sliding door shutter with HINDALCO or approved equvalent - 63x38x1.2 for outer frame, 50x45x2.5 for bottom member, 38mm dia x 2mm thick guide channel, sliding mechanism of approved make, glazing clips, rubber gasket, flush bolt, lock and 6mm tinted glass etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer. 5 5.1 Wood work in door and window frame / partitions frame work to line and level of size 50mmx50mm (approx) in C/C (approx.) bothways of approved quality Sal wood, jointed rigidly with nails, screws etc. fitted and fixed in position complete as per design and including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame for door & window frames. Cu.M Supplying 'Godrej' mortice lock chromium plated with latch and keys 4 levers, including fitting and fixing complete. Each Supplying, fitting and fixing Brass floor door stopper at second floor. Each Providing, fitting and fixing of Hydraulic door closer (Medium, ISI, size 2) at second floor of approved quality as per ISI standard. Each Supplying solid flush type doors (32mm thick shutter of single leaf) of commercial quality all complete including fitting and fixing. Sq.M Supplying, fitting, fixing decorative lamination conforming to IS: 2046:1995 as per approved make, brand, finish and 1mm thickness with fitting and fixing the same on Particle/ Ply Boards with approved adhesive with proper clipping the sides for better attachment as per direction of Engineer. Sq.M Partition of Commercial 12mm thick ply as per design fitted and fixed complete.(excluding the supporting framework) Sq.M Providing and fixing of 300mm long S.S. Finish door handle of approved by Engineer with necessary screws etc. all complete. 6 5.10 Supplying, fitting and fixing 10mm thick clear glass of approved make and brand conforming to IS: at wooden partition. Sq.M French polishing to wood work including preparing surface/ complete removal of the old polish. Sq.M FALSE CEILING 6.1 Providing & fixing at all height false ceiling of 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board conforming to IS:2095 including frame work with Gypsteel make made of special sections power pressed form M.S sheet and galvanised in accordance with zinc coating 60 of 25x25x5mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to G.I channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm C/C to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm C/C shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I channel with connecting clips made of 2.64mm diax230mm long G.I wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges 0f 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter channel fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm C/C with 25mm long drive-all interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with re 7 FURNITURE WORKS Sq.M Page 6

7 7.1 Providing and fixing ( Supporting on M.S angle-65x65x6 & fixed and dash fasteners at back side with the wall) of upper cabinet 380mm deep & 600mm high (approx.) and made of 19mm thick BWP ply having one adjustable shelf. Openable hinged shutters made of 19mm thick BWP ply [MKD-C at drawing]. All visible outside surfaces to be finished with 1.0 mm laminate of approved quality and colour including necessary hardware fittings. Inside the cabinet to be stain polished. Free edges of the ply to be lipped with 5.0mm thick teak wood and polished shutters to be provided with 12mm radioused hardware routed pulls, godrej make lock and necessary approved hardware fittings all complete as per direction of Engineer. RM Providing & fixing of upper cabinet (without shutter) 380mm deep and 600mm height (approx.) fixed by dash fastners at the wall and angle 65x65x6 and made of 19mm thick BWP ply having two adjustable shelf [MKD-C1]. All visible outside surfaces to be finished with 1.00mm laminate of approved quality and colour including necessary fitting with 65x65x5 angle grouting and dash fastener at back for hanging etc. all complete. Inside to be finish with stain folished. Free edges of the plywood to be lipped with 5.0mm thick teak wood. [Ref. Room No.105, Analysis Rate]. RM 5.00 Page 7

8 7.3 Providing and fixing 750mm wide running work table [MKD-B] at drawing 750mm high made of 19mm thick BWP plywood. The work includes intermeadiate supports of double layer 19mm thick BWP plywood. All visible outside surfaces to be finished with 1.0mm thick laminate of approved colour and brand and inside to be french polished. All the edges of the plywood should be finished with 5mm thick teak wood edge moulding with matching colour. The table shall have wire manager, EBCO make key board all tray etc. complete with all necessary hardware fitting. a). Table RM 6.00 b). Key Board Tray Each Providing and fixing of Island Bench (top area 2400mm X 1400mm) and 1000mm height as per drawing [MKD- A]. Total construction made of 19mm thick BWP plywood, having adjustable shelf and drawers with 9mm thick on both side. Top surface finished with black granite mirror polished over 19mm ply including double edge moulding. Reagent rack to be fixed at middle of table as per drawing. All visible outside surfaces to be finished with 1mm matt finisged laminate of approved colour & manufacturer and inside to be finished with French polish. All free edges of the ply to be finished with 5mm thick teak wood beading, shutters to be finished with S.S. finish 75mm size pulls of approved make & godrej make lock including hardware and fittings complete. 9 7.5 Providing and fixing of Lower Cabinet 750mm deep x 900mm height [MKD- B1]. Total construction made of 19mm thick BWP Plywood, back lining to be of 12mm plywood & skirting of 100mm. All visible outside surfaces to be finished with 1.00mm matt finished laminate of approved colour anf manufacturer and inside to be stain polishing. All free edges of the ply to be finished with 5mm thick teak wood beading, shutters to be provided with S.S finish 75mm size pulls of approved make & godrej make lock including all hardware and fittings complete. RM Providing and fixing of SINK COUNTER, 750mm deep x 900mm height. Total construction made of 19mm thick BWP Plywood, back lining to be of 12mm plywood & skirting of 100mm. Top finished with 18mm thick black granite mirror polished including double edge moulding as per design with necessary cut out and hole for sink and tap. All visible outside surfaces to be finished with 1.00mm matt finished laminate of approved colour anf manufacturer and inside to be stain polishing. All free edges of the ply to be finished with 5mm thick teak wood beading, shutters to be provided with S.S finish 75mm size pulls of approved make & godrej make lock including all hardware and fittings complete. RM PAINTING WORKS 8.1 Priming one coat on timber, plastered or on steel or other metal surface with primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. Sq.M Applying Acrylic emulsion of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermeadiate coats including putty. 10 8.3 Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with plaster of paris (thickness not less than 1.5mm). Sq.M Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. Sq.M SANITARY & PLUMBING WORKS 9.1 a). Supplying, Fitting and fixing G.I pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, special viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position. 15mm dia. Medium quality. Supplying, fitting and fixing Closet seat for E.W.C of approved make with lid and C.P hinge, rubber buffer and brass screws complete. Mtr b). 20mm dia. Medium quality.
