In 2003, the company shifted its plant to Chopanki Rajasthan to expand its operations and add new products. After completing 5 expansions in last 10 years, the company s plant now has a covered area of over 20,000 sq. ft. equipped with the most modern machines for processing 5,000 MT of plastics annually. Wiring Ducts Manufactured from specially formulated High Impact Rigid Poly Vinyl Chloride. Durable, will not peel, crack or chip. Resists oil & fungus and salt solutions. Non-flammable, non-corrosive and rust proof. Specially designed side slots prevent popping up of wires while removing cover. Slots are elongated at the bottom for smooth and fast installation. Type S2 channel with standard slots Provides total electrical insulation. Allows good looking and systematic wiring. Permits faster fault tracing & rectification. Avoids bunching of wires. Type S2 is Available in 16 various sizes from 15 mm(h) x 15 mm (W), 45 mm(h) x 25 mm (W) upto 100 mm(h) x 100 mm (W) in standard slots only. Type S3 channel with thin slots Type S3 is Available in 14 various sizes from 25 mm(w) x 30 mm (H), 40 mm(w) x 80 mm (H) upto 100 mm(w) x 100 mm (H) both in standard and Thin slots. Standard Length : 1 metre/2 metre. Standard Colour : Grey Other Colour & Length are available on request for bulk quantities. All sizes are available in Unslotted(US) style also. Also available in lead free material confirming to ROHS norms. Widely used in all electrical and automobile wiring Harnesses. Imparts higher mechanical and insulation properties. Available in 27 standard sizes from 0.5mm (Inner Diameter) upto 50mm(Inner Diameter) Standard Colour: Black, Blue, Red, Yellow & Green. Standard Packing: 100 mtr. rolls upto 4mm. Above 4mm to 50mm - 30 mtrs. Other sizes of different inner diameters, wall thickness and colour are available on request. PVC Marker Tubes Unique round profile for customized cable and wire marking. 4 SGI Range Of Cable Markers SGI Markers are designed to help identify cables, wires and pipes in panels, enclosures, junction boxes etc quickly and accurately. Closed marker to be fitted before solder connection is made or terminal is attached. Marker expands to fit various cable diameters and retracts to hold wires firmly in position. Made of soft grade PVC that will resist oil, grease. Superior quality Hot- Foil Marking. Markers simplify and reduce costs during maintenance, service, fault identification, repairs and replacement of electrical equipments. Used for applications like electrical & networking wiring, Hydraulic and Pneumatic piping. Types of Markers Self Locking Cable Marker (F - Type) : F - Type Markers are Straight Cut. Chevron Cut Cable Marker (V - Type) : V - Type Markers are Cut in V Shape. Color Coded Cable Marker (C - Type) : Available in both F Type & V - Type. Oval Shaped Cable Marker (ERT - Type) : Fits even cable of Dia 0.8mm - 2mm. Self Adhesive Tie Mounts Designed to support wires bundles when properly applied on any clean smooth, grease-free surface. Cable Ties can be inserted from any of the four sides to secure wire bundles. Curved walls allow the wire bundles to seat firmly in position after installing with cable ties.
