4 PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW: Clifton Moor Care Home is a 76-bed, off-plan nursing and dementia facility in Tyldesley, Greater Manchester. The facility is designed by award-winning Shack Architecture to meet and exceed the required specifications for dementia specific care and provide innovative spaces that promote wellbeing. In the New Year we will have progressed with the building foundations. Due to its size we will be using piled foundations and reinforced ring beams. The steel frame will quickly follow showing the full scale of the buildings size.
