6 GRP PIPES Flowtite pipes are glassfibre reinforced plastic pipes made of resin, fibreglass and silica sand. They are manufactured using a proprietary continuous advancing mandrel process. Using this technology, a very compressed laminate is created that maximises the contribution from the three basic raw materials. Flowtite pipe systems are supplied in nominal diameters ranging from DN 100 up to DN Our standard pressure classes go up to 32 bar and stiffness classes to 10,000. The product portfolio includes a wide range of pipes, fittings and spools with additional custom designed solutions. FEATURES & BENEFITS Corrosion resistance Minimal slime build-up,low maintenance cost and long life without cathodic protection. Extremely smooth bore Less pumping energy, low Mechanical and hydraulic gradient operation, excellent abrasion resistance. Flowtite GRP pipes offer outstanding advantages for many applications and industries such as: Light weight Easy installation with standard equipment. Low transport costs. Dependable properties are essentially constant over time. APPLICATIONS Potable and raw water Water storage & overflow systems Sewer Hydropower Irrigation Industrial Chemical sewage treatment Desalination Pulp & Paper Mining Marine, Shipbuilding and offshore riggs Power plants many others... UV resistance No need for coatings. Continuous production process Long standard lenghts (6, 12 and 18 meters), low transport costs. FLOWTITE THE FIRST CHOICE OF ENGINEERS WORLDWIDE

7 NON-CIRCULAR PIPES Amiren oval shaped GRP pipe systems provide low cost, long term piping solutions to all customers. Depending on application and operational conditions, Amiren profiles are manufactured in various classes of load-carrying capacity, different cross sections and in lengths of 2 meter and 3 meter. As a composite solution Amiren shares many of the features & benefits of Flowtite pipes. For relining the following advantages are key: Standard and non-standard shapes according to customer and project specification Structural support without dependence on the existing pipeline Different joint solutions depending on project requirements Hydraulic characteristics essentially constant over time Resistant against many chemicals, acids and brines Minimal slime build-up AMIJACK JACKING PIPES Amijack jacking pipes are GRP pipes manufactured in a centrifugal casting process. The high compaction results in a composite with an extremely smooth inside and outside pipe surface. The pipe system is delivered in outer diameters between 427 mm and 2,453 mm with a standard ring stiffness SN (N/m 2 ) between and and in standard lengths of 1, 2, 3 and 6 m. Some specific advantages and benefits of Amijack for jacking use are: Low specific weight of GRP material is reducing the handling efforts Usually low installation costs of jacking compared to open trench technology High axial compressive strength (min. 90 N/mm 2 ) High maximum allowable jacking forces with small wall thickness Low required wall thickness for reduced jacking forces at maximum jacking lengths Amijack s low water adhesion results in lower friction during jacking APPLICATIONS Amiren pipe systems are designed and suitable for the transportation of miscellaneous polluted fluids. They are predominantly used for the trenchless renovation of gravity sewage systems made of stoneware, concrete, brick, clinker, and plastic with non-circular cross sections. You find Amiren pipes executed as relining and open trench projects in: Storm water sewage applications Sanitary projects Chemical sewer applications APPLICATIONS Amijack pipes are used in pipeline construction for the transport of water, rainwater, sewage and industrial wastewater. The pipes are primarily installed by jacking and predominantly used in: Construction of new sewer pipelines Old sewer replacements Relining Channels as protective tubes for gas pipelines Road and technology culverts Electricity and telecommunication cable ducts in urban areas
