1 This Design Draft submission has been prepared by a Competent, registered with Faero Ltd. Faero Ltd. Scheme membership covers Criterion 1 of this checklist, that is, the requirement for the predicted carbon dioxide emissions from the proposed dwelling not to exceed the target value. The Faero Ltd. Scheme is authorised in Regulation 20d of the Building Regulations 2000, as amended, and in Regulation 12d of the Building (Approved Inspectors etc) Regulations 2000, as amended. These regulations authorise local authorities and approved inspectors to accept this submission as evidence of compliance with the requirements of Regulation 17c, if the building were constructed in accordance with the associated list of specifications. This draft design submission has been prepared from plans and specifications and may not reflect the property as constructed.
