2 The tables below are to be completed by the Contractor. Data that has already been input shall be met for any project regardless of location or design. If you wish to use equipment other than from those manufacturers listed in Scope of Work and Specifications, you must demonstrate, to Owner s satisfaction, that it is technically equivalent to the equipment of one of the listed companies. The expectations for Contractor s performance of the work can be found in Scope of Work and Specifications. Winning Contractor will be expected to enter into the attached Contract. [Note: If Contractor provides ongoing O&M support, please provide quote here. Note: List any training available for owner personnel.] 4. Controls System Please provide a description of the control system and its capabilities and requirements for bandwidth, protocols, etc., including any optional capability for remote site HMI, and or Balance of Plant control and monitoring capabilities. 7 5. Energy Estimate Please provide a report of the estimated annual facility output (AC) delivered to the electrical panel or building. The energy estimate must reflect the proposed vendor selections and be reflective of a buildable design. 6. Project Timeline Description of time required after Notice to Proceed to complete permitting, site preparation, civil engineering, delivery and installation of all components to reach commercial operations. Please provide a Gantt chart summarizing the engineering, procurement, and construction efforts from execution of the agreement is required. The tasks, their durations, and relationships between each other should reflect the scope and pricing of the proposal. 8. Site Requirement Contractor s requirements for site grading, design, sizing and layout. Recommend any alternatives to the location suggested. 9. List of Drawings Diagrams Required 1. Preliminary site layout with designated areas for laydown areas parking temporary facilities etc. 2. Preliminary One-line diagram 3. Any and all drawings necessary to communicate design intent. Pricing Pricing schedule for each project site Pricing is complete and includes all Contractor s costs, overheads, profit, design, engineering, permitting, taxes, etc., to provide equipment, materials and labor in accordance with the attached Specifications: [Note: Contractor may add or subtract line items under Other as needed.
