Specially developed products are available for virtually every application case. Rod seal LF 300 for installation spaces according to ISO 5597/1 With the help of the LF 300, the friction of conventional sealing systems can be reduced by up to 30%. The reason for this is the special design of the dynamic sliding surface. Due to the very favourable stick-slip properties, the seal is extremely suitable for positioning procedures (e.g. materials handling applications). HDR-2C for installation spaces according to ISO 5597/1 By combining two high-performance materials, this new rod seal s performance limits for hydraulic cylinders were improved substantially. HDR-2C can also be used reliably under higher operational loads, even for larger gap widths and applications in a temperature range between 40 C and 110 C. The HDR- 2C also gives you the possibility to implement extremely cost effective construction designs. Piston seal T 18 for installation spaces according to ISO 5597/1 The piston seal T 18 is suitable for applications where even minimal drift movement is not acceptable (e.g. support cylinders, bucket lifters, cherry pickers). Through the pressure relief, a back-to-back configuration is possible thus achieving the highest possible tightness. Wiper PU 5, AU AS/R, PU 11 for installation spaces according to ISO 6195 Universally applicable wipers proven a million times over afford the cylinder design engineer the greatest design possibilities. Polyurethane from Simrit the material for hydraulic seals For decades, polyurethane has been an established material in sealing technology. Properties like high wear-resistance, functional safety even under high loads, simple installation and last but not least, costeffective production possibilities are reasons for its impressive success. With the unique TODI formulation, we have set a milestone and have influenced the polyurethane development for sealing technology significantly. Proven a million times over, materials like 98 AU 928 (e.g. for Simko 300) are unsurpassed in the market and combine technological high performance with cost-effective manufacturing. Innovative materials like low-temperature polyurethane 92 AU 21100, allow for applications down to 50 C and the highest loading frequencies. Over 30 different polyurethane types are available to you.
