1 Installation Services Descriptions - Adelaide In order to avoid misinterpretation, the definitions of various installation terms are listed below as follows: Payment and Order Confirmation Please pay the pre-installation site inspection fee at the checkout or at the IKEA Kitchen Sales Department in order to trigger your installation process. Following the pre-installation site inspection visit by one of the qualified installers, you must agree with the installer on any required changes to your plan, product list, installation estimate and the installation date. The installer will then contact IKEA and advise us of any changes to your plan and product list and confirm the installation date. An updated version of your plan and product list will be sent to you for payment. Upon full payment to IKEA for the cost of the products as detailed in the IKEA quotation, IKEA will trigger your order and installation. If you purchase a custom made stone/acrylic worktop or splashback from IKEA, IKEA will confirm the final cost of the custom made worktop or splashback and subject to approval, payment will be taken and the order will be triggered. Please refer to the installation terms for the custom stone/acrylic worktop and splashback installation process. Cancellation Policy PLEASE NOTE: Goods that have been ordered to your specifications, e.g. custom made worktops and splashbacks, once confirmed cannot be amended, returned or cancelled at any time unless the items are found to be faulty, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for the purpose and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.
