Exterior GFI outlet on side porch not tripping properly. Outlet inside toilet and shower room in upstairs bathroom not GFI protected. Leak in drain pipe connection under master bathroom shower. Heating and Cooling Heating and Cooling Insulation and Ventilation HVAC ductwork is not insulated all the way up to flooring in various areas. Heating tested temperatures ranged from 120* - 129* (downstairs) / 112* - 120* (upstairs) while return temperature was 66*. Upstairs and downstairs temperatures will always be considerably different due to one HVAC unit controlling both areas and the size of upstairs ductwork supply (in garage). Upstairs bathroom ceiling vent was only 65* when tested - amount of temperature and heat in this outlet is far below others throughout house. Insulation is sagging and falling in most of crawlspace.
