Future replacement of the ties should be expected. Recommend repairs be made by a qualified landscaping contractor. DECKS & BALCONIES: TYPE: Wood. The rear right corner support post is deteriorated where it meets the ground. The following conditions were observed: There is swelling and delamination along the bottom edges of the siding.
