5 insulation foils GEO 8 foundation foil is designed for a number of applications in residential and commercial buildings. When installed on foundation wall, foil prevents penetration of moisture and protects against mechanical damage as well as harmful effects of rooting. Product can be used for drainage and ventilation in vertical foundation walls. In terraces and balconies, foil prevents transfer of vapour from the ground, balances the hydrostatic pressure and drains the floor and gravel seepage to the footing perimeter drain. For the purpose of ceiling insulation it is suitable for both new and already existing buildings. When applied as insulation in ceilings, product provides protection against moisture and enables to pour the concrete mix evenly. 7 insulation foils 7 GEO 8 PLUS foundation foil is designed for use as vertical insulation of walls, vapour insulation of foundation walls or protective layer for bitumen sealants applied on foundation walls. In terraces and balconies, foil prevents the transfer of vapour from the ground, balances the hydrostatic pressure and drains the floor and gravel seepage to the footing perimeter drain. For the purpose of ceiling insulation it is suitable for both new and already existing buildings, providing protection against moisture and enabling to pour the concrete mix evenly. Strongly recommended for application in historic sites where it ensures proper drainage and mechanical protection. Its unique structure forms two venting slots providing additional ventilation of the insulated surface. Foil proves an excellent solution for establishing perimeter drainage in areas with high levels of ground water. It can also be used for insulation of retaining walls where it protects against water, root damage as well as corrosion caused by sulfates and chlorides. Higher dimples increase the draining surface.
