3 Premium extruded range Wilnecote s premium extruded range of 65mm high quality facing bricks is manufactured from the finest red and grey clay available Staffordshire Etruria Marl. The modern, technologically advanced factory, coupled with the best raw materials available produces facing bricks of the highest standard. The bricks are extruded and wire cut in an automated preparation plant then dried and fired in an energy conscious, computercontrolled tunnel kiln. The consistency, dimensional accuracy, colour and texture are strictly controlled with all facing bricks exceeding the latest European standards. The arrises are sharp and crisp, giving a clean, modern look to any façade.

4 Colour and texture Hanson s Wilnecote factory produces 20 bricks in the premium extruded range. It offers a variety of colours (reds, buffs, greys, browns and blues) in plain or multi with either a smooth or dragfaced texture. 5 Dimensions range The Wilnecote factory can manufacture any of its premium extruded bricks in a range of modular sizes, from long, thin clay bricks (440mm x mm) to large format clay blocks (440mm x 215mm). These size options give architects flexibility at the design stage to create projects with a unique look.

7 Blended range Wiln. 1 Be the architect of your own brick type. Hanson s blended range from Wilnecote allows you to choose the brick colours in your façade. You can select up to five brick types (any percentage of each type) from the 20 bricks in the premium extruded range to create a truly bespoke blend. Here are nine sample blends (Wiln.1-9) to show visually the type of effect that can be created. But the options are vast, so we have created an online brick blending tool so you can design your own range, including changing the bond pattern and mortar colour:
