1 CEILING & WALL SYSTEMS Linea Squared Acoustic Wood Ceiling & Wall Panel Product Information and Data Sheets Linea Squared is a built to order wood ceiling and wall panel system ideal for commercial, institutional and residential applications. This easy to use tile system offers an appealing custom wood look where acoustic performance is needed. The open pattern allows sound to travel upwards and dissipate into the plenum above. The open space also allows lighting and duct work to integrate into the system flawlessly. The size of the tiles is fully customizable, though a nominal 24 x24 tile works best with standard tbar systems. Our Linea Squared tiles come in a wide variety of wood species and a multitude of finishes giving you the ability to achieve the look and design you require. Being both decorative and functional Linea Squared is the perfect alternative to standard acoustical ceiling tiles in architectural interiors and exteriors Linea Ceiling & Wall Systems Inc. Tel

Tel Acoustics The blades of the Linea Squared panel help with acoustic diffusion while the nonwoven fabric backer and batt insulation behind provide further enhanced acoustics by absorption. Batt insulation is available upon request. The black (or otherwise specified colour) fabric backer also acts as a visual barrier to ceiling and wall components beyond. Fire Rating Linea Squared comes standard with a Class C fire rating for solid wood and composite wood products. Class A fire rated (FR) finish is available upon request, as well as Class A FR composite cores on wood veneer products. FR finish coatings and FR composite wood cores meet Class 1 when tested per CAN/ULCS102 as per manufacturer s product data. All components in our Linea Ceiling & Wall Systems products can be fabricated using Class 1 materials when requests. Seismic Linea Squared panels meet the requirements of the BC building code and the Vancouver Building ByLaw for loading, including seismic. LEED MR 4 : Recycled Content Wood veneer products on composite core contain 93% preconsumer recycled content. MR 5 : Locally Manufactured and Harvested Materials All Linea ceiling system products are manufactured in Abbotsford, British Columbia. The project site must be within 800 km (truck) or 2400 km (ship or rail) radius of the manufacturing site. MR 6 : Rapidly Renewable Materials Products using Bamboo which has a harvest life cycle of less than 10 years. MR 7 : FSC Chain of Custody Certification FSC License Code: FSCC EQ 4.2 : Low VOC Finishes Low VOC finishes which contain less than 100g/l of VOC levels, are available by request. EQ 4.4 : Composite Wood Products: No Added Urea Formaldehyde Wood veneer products on composite wood core contain no added Urea Formaldehyde. Acclimatization Linea Squared panels should be on site for a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation into a building that has had its temperature and moisture content stabilized for a minimum of 72 hours. A temperature range of C [60 90 F] and maximum humidity of 55% prior to, during, and after installation should be maintained.

6 Linea Ceiling & Wall Systems Inc. Tel C EILING & W ALL S YSTEMS Carefully controlled finish colours are applied to wood products manufactured by Linea Ceiling & Wall Systems. However, some variations will occur due to sheen, normal tolerance in pigments and natural colour/wood grain pattern differences. Consequently, a reasonable tolerance must be allowed in finish samples as well as finished product. Extensive research has further proven that all finishes are subject to colour change, depending on age and exposure to light. These factors should be considered when comparing samples and finished product. Stain Samples * The stains are shown as they appear on carefully selected red oak veneer. However, as wood is a natural material, slight variations occur in texture, color grain configuration and stain acceptance. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee stains will be an exact match and suggest stains are tested on the wood they are to be applied on before making a final colour selection
