12 Architectural Noble Series SALES CONDITIONS All orders are produced on a per job basis. Quantities ordered must be purchased entirely, no returns will be accepted. These prices apply for orders in the same dimensions and colours for a minimum quantity of 2,000 blocks, 6,000 bricks or 1,000 stones. For lower quantities, orders are subject to a production charge except for the 10 X 10 X 40 blocks which prices are available on request. For special colours, please contact your Permacon representative for prices and availability. A description of elements is provided as an example. 15 Terms and conditions of sale PAYMENT Net the 1 th of the month following the date of delivery; Interest at the rate of 18% per annum may be charged on accounts which are overdue. CARTAGE The indicated prices are based on full truck loads, 12 cubes or more, within 60 km of our plants (including 1 hour of unloading). Our minimum delivery is $10. Any additional unloading or waiting time shall be invoiced at the rate of $0 for each half hour period extending from am to pm and $60 for each half hour period between pm and am, weekdays only. These prices are subject to change without notice. Permacon is not responsible for deliveries made on private land, driveways, sidewalks or footings. SALES TAX All taxes will be added at the time of sale when applicable. N.B. All modifications to the application of federal and provincial taxes can prompt changes without notice. PALLETS A charge of $20 for each pallet will be invoiced. Customers will be fully credited for each pallet returned in good condition and properly identified Permacon. The customer is solely responsible for the protection of the pallets on the job site and their return to Permacon. Permacon offers a pallet pick up service within a 60 km radius from our plants. An amount of $4 per pallet will be charged if we are formally requested to pick up pallets, up to a maximum of $ per pick up on the same site. Please note that there will be no charge if the pallets are picked up during a Permacon delivery at the same site. Pallets must be accessible and placed near the road to be picked up. RETURN OF MATERIAL For special orders, items ordered must be purchased entirely and no returns will be accepted. For stock items, only complete cubes of unopened and undamaged material will be accepted. A restocking charge of 20% will be applied, and a transportation charge will be invoiced where applicable. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS The quantity and quality of all our products delivered to the job site shall be deemed as accepted by the customer or his representatives at time of delivery. This acceptance will be considered as final. The interpretation of plans and specifications is the responsibility of the customer. We will decline any responsibility due to accidents, strikes, lockouts, shortage of material, breakdown of machinery, acts of nature, and all other causes beyond our control. Prices are subject to change without notice. RECOMMENDATIONS It is always important to order by unit because cube quantities can vary. We suggest that orders be confirmed in advance. Also, in order to ensure good service, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for delivery.
