5 MULTIFORM STEEL HOUSINGS & ENCLOSURES Multiform is a range of bespoke buildings and cabinets designed to suit client s individual specifications and requirements. The client has complete flexibility in build size from small meter cabinets to large plant and equipment rooms. A variety of constructions are available to suit specific needs and site conditions these include Single Skin, Fire Rated, Insulated and Acoustic. Housings can be supplied with an internal base flange for bolting down to a concrete plinth or mounted onto a steel sub frame. As NICEIC electrical contractors, housings can be pre-wired with lighting, heating and small power. Our versatile housings can be found across all industry sectors including the Utilities, Construction and Rail. 6 STRUCTURAL STEELWORK PSF Wales design, manufacture and install structural steelwork for a multitude of uses. We specialise in roof top solutions and have designed many applications where existing roofs are the only available space to mount equipment but may not have the structural strength to take the weight. Steel beams and girders are utilised to transfer the loads to the structural members of the existing building. During the installation phase we operate closely with other trades and your contractors to ensure a smooth completion to the project. 6

7 PORTAL STEEL BUILDINGS PSF Wales Ltd design, manufacture and install portal steel framed buildings and modular steel buildings to suit a wide range of applications. Buildings are designed to comply with the latest Building Regulations and Structural Steel complies to Eurocode 1. Suitable for both industrial and agricultural use, these buildings can include overhead gantries, lifting apparatus and runway beams. Buildings can be clad in a variety of composite panels to meet insulation and fire specifications and colour coded to suit the application. For areas with sensitive planning conditions and environmental restrictions we can offer slate effect roofs and timber cladding. We work with our clients to help them achieve planning approval. 9 STEEL DOOR SETS FEATURES HOLD OPEN DOOR STAYS AVAILABLE DOORS ARE PRE MOUNTED IN A ROBUST STEEL FRAME MULTIPLE LOCK CHOICES HEAVY DUTY STAINLESS STEEL HANDLES AS STANDARD AVAILABLE IN ANY COLOUR FROM BS 5252 OR RAL RANGE AUTOMATIC CLOSURES Our comprehensive range of doors are available as single or double sets and can be either single skin or insulated offering a double skin construction. Fire ratings of up to 4 hours are available. Doors can be fitted into steel and GRP enclosures or brick built buildings and portal steel constructions. Multiple lock options are available, from single point to multipoint, push pad escape and pad-lockable, including the revolutionary pad lockable with internal override meaning no risk to personnel being locked into a building. 10 STAIRWAYS & ACCESS PLATFORMS Stairs, ladders and platforms are manufactured in accordance with current British Standards and are specifically designed to comply with Health & Safety requirements. We design, manufacture and install to suit client s specifications. 11 SITE INSTALLATION Morgan Marine operates permanent experienced installation teams for on site assembly, bolt downs and electrical installations. All site crews are fully trained and accredited with the latest qualifications to suit all industries. Site crews can install worldwide.
