1 June 1 st, 2017 Ref: New Calstone Sacked Construction Materials Price List. For 2017, we have significantly expanded our sacking division. We are now offering preblended Type S, Type S Plus, and Type M colored mortars to match all of our CMU products. That s more than 50 colors! We ve been at it for about a year now and contractor feedback has been outstanding. Workability is great and the colors match. We should have done this a long time ago. We have partnered with R-Crete to manufacture their full line of specialty VBM bonding, jointing, and base mortars. The VBM brand was developed in Southern California and has a 16 plus year record of success. Every time we show a mason the Peanut Butter test they are sold. If you are selling veneer stone you need to see this. VBM is good stuff! If you would like samples of any of our mortar products to give to your contractors let us know. I m certain they will like the product. As this letter is being written we are putting the finishing touches on our new cement sacking line in Tracy. We have partnered with Riverside Cement, and Lehigh White Cement. Within 1 month we will be packaging and distributing Riverside Plastic cement, Riverside Type II/V common cement, and Lehigh White cement, with more to follow. This is an exciting time for us. We are building something new based purely on the needs of our customer base.
