BID SELECTION CRITERIA The Contractor shall provide the following information relative to the flooring with his bid: ) Flooring Selection Data (attached form) from the flooring material/manufacturer/distributor, ) Flooring Warranty Coverage, 3) Three References and 4) a list of at least 3 similar projects in size, scope and age of the building in the states of North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Montana with a brief description of the project. Move of existing bleachers as necessary to remove existing floor and install new flooring. 4. Installation of plywood under the location of the bleachers. 5. Installation of Vinyl Base. B.
