BID SELECTION CRITERIA The Contractor shall provide the following information relative to the flooring with his bid: ) Flooring Selection Data (attached form) from the flooring material/manufacturer/distributor, ) Flooring Warranty Coverage, 3) Three References and 4) a list of at least 3 similar projects in size, scope and age of the building in the states of North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Montana with a brief description of the project. Project coordinator shall perform Project coordination activities for the multiple contracts, including, but not limited to, the following:. Provide typical overall coordination of the Work.. Coordinate, schedule, and approve interruptions of permanent and temporary utilities, including those necessary to make connections for temporary services. 6. Coordinate construction and operations of the Work with work performed by each Contract. 7. Coordinate sequencing and scheduling of the Work. Secure time commitments for performing critical construction activities from contractors. Show activities of each contract on a separate sheet. Prepare a simplified summary sheet indicating combined construction activities of contracts. ) Submit schedules for approval. ) Distribute copies of approved schedules to contractors. 8. Provide photographic documentation. 9. Provide quality-assurance and quality-control services specified in Section "Quality Requirements." 0. 11 coordinator, submit a matching startup horizontal bar-chart schedule showing construction operations sequenced and coordinated with overall construction.. Removal of existing floor and floor adhesive including disposal. The contractor is expected to leave the floor clean and ready for the flooring contractor to prep the concrete. 3. Move of existing bleachers as necessary to remove existing floor and install new flooring. 4. Installation of plywood under the location of the bleachers. 5. Installation of Vinyl Base. B. Substitutions: Each contractor shall cooperate with other contractors involved to coordinate approved substitutions with remainder of the work.. Project coordinator shall coordinate substitutions. C.
