3 Maxima 80kN/m² modular wall formwork system Versatile Adjustable props Supplied in 7 widths and 3 heights, Maxima panels can be arranged into virtually any combination for unrivaled forming flexibility on site. Adjustable alignment props plumb and align the Maxima panels. The lower prop keeps the shutter tight against the kicker. Fast Fine Adjustment Using a single universal clamp for almost all connections, Maxima is quick and straightforward to erect to any height and length; in turn offering significant savings in time and skilled labour costs. The hinged corner unit allows you to shutter and angle from 80 to 257 degrees easily and perfectly accurately every time. Flexible fixing points Conical tie holes Connection points every 150mm provide flexible fixing points for accessories, such as access brackets for safe working platforms and extendable push pull alignment props. Conical tie holes within the panels permit form faces to be inclined by up to 8 degrees and make it easier to pass tie rods through the wall and formwork. 2

4 Minima 60kN/m² modular wall formwork system High Concrete Pressure High System Productivity Minima is suitable for concrete pressures up to 60kN/m² for single tie and 55kN/m² for height extended forms. Minimises the use of form ties, reducing the number of components required. Up to 25m² of clamped panels can be crane lifted into position if required. Clamps are easily tightened prolonging their working life and reducing labour requirements. Clever Design Easy stripping Tie positions support 1.21m² of formwork when using 2.7 x 0.9m panel assemblies, reducing the number of ties required, lowering costs and construction times. Minima inner corners have 2 degree stripping clearance allowing panels to be easily removed once curing has taken place. Clamps Wide range of panel sizes Minima clamps are designed for quick and easy connection of panels both parallel and at right angles. Clamps are secured with a hammer blow to the integral bolt. With three different height sizes and five different width sizes, with 18 different panel sizes Minima can be adopted in almost every project. 3

5 Superslim Soldiers Traditional wall formwork Versatility High strength to weight ratio Superslim and GTX can be used in multiple applications both vertically and horizontally With the high strength to weight ratio of Superslim Soldiers, larger spacing can be achieved to minimise components and save erection time and labour cost. No Limits 20mm Tie Rod The Superslim Soldier has no limitation on design pressures, with faster pour rates, a minimum number of ties for labour savings on every pour and it is 20% lighter than proprietary panel or timber formwork. The robust Superslim Soldier can accept 20mm tie rod to reduce tie cast ins and the associated costs. 4

6 Rapidclimb Crane assisted climbing formwork Easy Operation Simple Adjustment The Rack and Pinion activation mechanism is operated from a comfortable position to one side of the bracket. There is a wedge locking device which secures the position of the shutter when formwork is stationary. Simple lateral adjustment of the form relative to platform by way of slotted mountings. Integral vertical adjustment jack for fine levelling of shutter relative to platform. Working Space Simple Handling 750mm of working space on inside the formwork when retracted. The platform and form are crane handled as a single element. Suspended Platform Recoverable Anchor Screws System suspended platforms enable removal of wall brackets and necessary concrete finishing. For vertical loads of up to 30kN Climbing Brackets connect to the wall with recoverable anchor screws no lost parts (For higher loads an anchor cone and lost plate are used.) 5

7 Tru-Lift Hydraulically controlled climbing formwork No crane requirement Versatility The Tru-lift system is raised up to 5m in one jack stroke during the lifting cycle, no crane required to lift forms. All shapes and sizes of core walls can be accommodated, maximising the versatility of the system. Working Platforms Handrails GTX Beams and Plywood as decking provides a safe working environment minimising trip hazards and fully covering working areas. Full external perimeter handrails to upper and lower platforms as well as internal hanging platforms for areas not fully covered. Inbuilt stair access Internal Trailing Platform Using a modular stair access tower system suspended off the upper platform allowing accessible egress/ingress from desired floor level below the Tru-lift self climbing system. Internal platforms are supported from overhead steel beams and can be decked out to cover the entire opening or provide sufficient room to access ties, stripping corners and anchor screws. 6

8 Ascent-F Guided climbing formwork Versatile Peace of Mind Ascent can be used with any formwork system to construct piers and straight or curved walls sloping by up to 20 degrees. The highly visible Ascent Latch connects securely with the Ascent Wall Brackets. ELEV (Electronic Latch Engagement Verification) system further enhances visibility. Cost Reducing Functional Design Starts from the first wall lift and masts are safely extended in-situ speeding early construction cycles, reducing labour and saving valuable site space. Pre-assembly of equipment can be carried out without cranes at ground level. Weather Proof Ease of Use Ascent can be lifted in high winds and if no crane is available, the simple Ascent hydraulic system can be used. Wall brackets can be premounted on the cast-in wall anchor before adding the connecting bolt making this a fast job for a single operative. 7
