Fire Safe (A1) Mineral Insulation Board

New generation Insulation Board Minepor Where is Minepor used? Thermal insulation of facades Thermal insulation of basement and car parks ceilings Interior thermal insulation of buildings Thermal insulation of terraces

Minepor Pallet Minepor, can be easily transported horizontally and vertically. Also thanks to its non-combustible structure, it can be safely stored within building sites. Minepor Sizes Length Height Thickness , , *You can contact the Export Deparment for other thicknesses Minepor Adhesive Special Minepor adhesive and application plaster is a hydrophobic, chemically-reinforced, cement-based, durable and light building material with high adhesive property thanks to the special components it contains. It has high adhesion strength thanks to the chemical formula that ensures strong and fast adhesion. It can also be used for net plaster applications on Minepor.

High Insulation Performance Minepor increases energy efficiency by providing insulation with 0.05 W/mK thermal conductivity coefficient. It builds comfortable living spaces with superior insulation performance. Fire Safety It is an A1 Class non-combustible material. It does not emit toxic gases or smoke during fire. Its structure does not deteriorate after fire. It prevents fire from progressing along the facade and saves lives by enhancing the fire safety of buildings. Aesthetics and Practicability With its versatile usage, it provides solutions for the insulation of different types of buildings' (housing, shopping mall, school etc.) facade, roof, terrace and car park ceilings. It is in harmony with the architectural aesthetics of the building, and does not restrain movement on the facade. Innovation Minepor is an extremely light but also durable new generation product which has many small and homogeneous pores thanks to its special technology developed by long-term R&D efforts. Durability It protects the thermal performance of the building throughout its life. It is an inorganic and mineral-based construction material which does not contain bacteria or microorganism. It does not wear out in time due to external conditions and is not affected by daylight.

Speed and Ease With a structure that can be cut with a utility knife, it accelerates many practices. Since it can be easily processed, it can be applied by teams performing bricking and plastering. Comfort It creates healthy living spaces that breathes thanks to its diffusion ability and structure that naturally throws out humidity. Strength It is resilient against impacts with its homogeneous structure formed with boron mineral and other compounds which it contains. Also, it does not rupture from the facade due to wind vacuum loads. Savings In all areas of application, it forms monolithic and smooth facades. Therefore, it prevents excessive plaster consumption. It provides saving in energy costs by preventing thermal losses in reinforced concrete surfaces. Environmental Sensitivity Thanks to its insulation power, it decreases carbon emission. It does not contain radioactive or petroleum-derived materials. It is much preferred in Green Building projects for its eco-friendly properties.

Application on concrete surfaces; AAC Wall blocks are bricked overflowing out from the concrete flooring. Rainforced concrete surfaces such as Columns, Beams or Partitions are covered with Minepor. As a result mineral based, non-combustible, and isolated facades are fully obtained. Minepor is applied with its special adhesive. The adhesive can be easily prepared under its specified conditions. Concrete surfaces are deburred and made ready for application. Special adhesive prepared in the previous step is applied on the Minepor surface homogeneously by means of a notched trowel. Minepor with adhesive is applied on concrete surfaces. After application, the surface is leveled with sandpaper. One day later, Minepor is fixed to the concrete surfaces with steel screw fixings by means of a drill. Place a net on the fixed Minepor. First layer application plaster is made with the special adhesive of Minepor. Finishing plaster is applied. Application is completed and made ready for painting.

Application on ceiling surfaces; Minepor is used on the ceilings of car parks and garages, terraces and attics as a non-combustible isolation material. The special adhesive of Minepor is prepared in the same way as concrete surfaces and applied on Minepor surface by means of a trowel. Minepor is pasted to the surface to be isolated by hand pressure. Adhesion will be effectuated shortly.
