The Owner reserves the right to request additional information regarding subcontractors, regardless of tier, as necessary to satisfy the Owner's needs. 5. The Owner reserves the right to request - Expanded Sub.contractors Listing from the second and/or third low bidders. 6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT: a) Signature at the conclusion of this document certifies that One Hundred Percent (100%) of the portions of the Work are listed. b) Signature at the conclusion of this document certifies that each named by the Contractor is properly licensed for that portion of the work and does not exceed the limit of his license. 7. INSTRUCTIONS: a) Li~t each subcontractor, regardless of tier, for each portion of the project that will be completed by a subcontractor. b) In accordance with NRS , listing a subcontractor who is not properly licensed or who exceeds his license limit will be deemed unacceptable. Although a comprehensive list of portions of the Work is provided, the list should not be considered inclusive. Should a portion of the Work not be specifically listed, the Contractor is required to add that portion of Work, regardless of tier, in the space provided.
