2 Product Information Acrylic PUR resin (weather protection) Plain Colour or Printed Colour R-Core Reznoclad is self-supporting high pressure laminate (HPL) with a decorative surface that is suitale for exteriors. It is fade resistant weather-proof and complies with standard EN 438. It is entirely made up of layers of phenolic resin & impregnated craft papers with top decorative layer and UV protective film. The manufacturing process involves the comining of papers with 0 applications of heat (150 c) and high pressure (9 Mpa) in which resin polycondensation takes place. One or oth sides can e decorative. It can e supplied as standard or flame retardant additive mixed with the phenolic resins. During stocking, panels must e stacked horizontally on flat, stale shelfs. The panels to e stored in closed rooms under dry, normal climatic conditions. Cover plates must always e left on the stack. The top cover should e weighted down. Any form of dirt or dust etween the panels must definitely e avoided. Panels must e lifted and not pushed or pulled over the edge when carrying or loading. For climate differences, keep panels waiting for 24 hours in new climate conditions. With pre-installed fastering elements, care is to e taken that the climatic effect is uniform on all sides.
