10 Zoom in on... OcéClean moss remover OcéClean is a preventive and curative moss remover designed to remove the microorganisms which cause unsightly stains. OcéClean must be diluted before spraying on your Océwood decking, fencing or screen walls. Packaging: 1 litre Preparation: To be diluted in 10 litres of water Area covered: 1 litre diluted = 50 m² in one coat Average time between 2 applications: Immediately after installation then every year, preferably in the spring. 1. At the end of your work site Clean your decking, fencing, or screen wall with a high pressure cleaner to remove sanding dust. Spray the OcéClean moss remover according to the instructions given on the packaging to avoid all persistent moss, algae or lichen deposits on the surface of the material. 2. During the fi rst month of exposure In the fi rst months of exterior exposure, the action of the damp and the UVs leads to even fading of the boards. The material quickly acquires a patina in its defi nitive colour. 3. Periodic maintenance At least once a year, clean your decking or fencing, with a high pressure cleaner and spray moss remover to restore the original cleanliness of the material. Absence of periodic maintenance facilitates the adhesion of dirt and makes cleaning more difficult. For the 100% composite ranges (Boréale) the action of the UVs or of rain gradually removes these stains. For the co-extruded ranges (Boréale Plus), the PVC skin facilitates the removal of the stains with a sponge. Grease stains will disappear due to the effect of the UVs.
