3 1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Letter of Acceptance has been issued to M/s NCC for the development of Phase I Campus including building for IIM Raipur at Naya Raipur on 18 th Jan 2016 NCC has submitted the Performance Guarantee on 25 th Jan 2016 Date of commencement: 2 nd Feb 2016 Agreement signed on : 11 th Feb PROJECT BRIEF: a. Original total built up area - 76,842 Sqm (Phase I) (Revised built up area is 76,842 Sqm excluding finishing of Library, Sports, Faculty Housing-5&6) b. Mobilization of Resource: About 800 labour available at Site. Tower Crane: Both Tower Crane removed from site. Mobile Crane: Three number of Mobile Crane available at site. Procurement of Reinforcement steel : about 330 Ton available at site Form Work material : Shuttering material for current requirement is available at site. Site office, Store, Quality Control Lab, Cement godown, Labour camp etc. are in place at site. Temporary Power connection to State Electricity Board obtained for construction purpose. Two bore wells are functional at site for construction purpose.

BOTTLENECKS AND HINDRANCES There is delay in receipt of Architectural, Structural Drawings, Services Drawings and Shop drawings from the technical consultant M/S ARCOP. A bituminous road and WBM Road is passing through the construction area of the site which needs to be shifted by Local Authority. 6. URGENT ACTION REQUIRED Calling of tender of left out items such as for Furniture & furnishing,after submission of Tender documents by M/s ARCOP.
