11 OVERALL OPINION OF EXPERIENCE OF THE HOMEOWNER WITH SEALED ATTICS The homeowner was concerned about the wood rotting in the truss around the foam. His opinion was that the temperature difference between the outside temperature and inside of the house would create a dew point in the plywood.
